Didn’t use, but loved that they offered it in case I couldn’t install my radio myself

Good installation but I would think since people pay good money on the actual system being installed and the actual installation itself, that Best Buy would no tack on so many other fees and other stuff. It would also have been great to be informed that the system cords for the car Play would be sticking out. Overall the guy install guy was nice.

Another flawless install by Brandon again,everything is perfect,and took the Tim to tune everything in and never felt rushed,the Buford Georgia shop truly is the best.I take both my cars there to get all my upgraded audio done and will continue too,its no wonder its so busy there,but once again I never feel rushed and he went over everything,highly recommend these guys!

I debated for a while whether to upgrade my car stereo or not. I had gone into my local Best Buy a few times to look at the stereo's. I ended up buying an open box and the basic install package. They did an awesome job in a minimal time. I actually waited there while the install was done. I was a little concerned that it was an open box but it ended up being the "PERFECT" choice. The install and the purchase!

The service was great!! The agent was knowledgeable and helpful. Installed my radio on time and in a timely fashion. My radio looks and sounds great!

GPS/radio unit installed was done cleanly, quickly, and correctly. Unfortunately, it took two tries which necessitated a return trip to the store from out of town. Two tries were needed because incorrect unit was ordered and installed first go around. Recommend buyer insure correct unit is received by taking down model number in store as back up check to order.

In dash stereo was installed in my car. And I love it.

The new Kenwood Radio/video system with the added backup camera installation was completed within a reasonable time. However there is a lot of glare on the screen that I do not have on my Honda Odyssey, and it appears to be the orientation of the screen or that it is not recessed into the dash.

I wasn't expecting much from free installation, but I was wrong. It took the team about 4 to 5 hours to install my system. It was done professionally with extra care and planning. My in dash system looks like it was a factory installed job. Very happy with the aesthetic.

Kudos to the Cerritos Installer, John, for an outstanding job installing the Kenwood Nav System and backup camera. Great professionalism. Real help in a small problem with the wrong part ordered but he fixed himself with no problem. Provided time to go over the features and how they operated. Answered all of my questions. Would have him and this Best Buy add to any of my cars in the future. Would recommend.

I’m happy with the look and performance of my new Bluetooth stereo. I want to make a call now to see how it goes. Saved money by upgrading my Bluetooth/stereo instead of buying a new used car, that’s for sure.

Brandon and Jesse were very professional! Brandon took time explaining the many features of my new car audio! He was extremely patient! I would highly recommend these guys they do an awesome job and have good customer service skills!

Daniel, our geek squad technician, was awesome. He did a very thorough inspection prior to the installation. He told us how long it’s gonna take. In less then the time he quoted us, he called us nd said the car is ready. He showed us how to operate the new stereo. He even helped me to pair my phone with the new blue tooth system. I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

My Installer was professional, knowledgeable and explained the "operation" from start to finish, what could "possibly" be an issue and informed me of what my options were should complications arise. He was honest, professional and knew HIS BUSINESS!. I did not expect such talent from a "Big Box Store". Anthony was great! Thanks and I love the install and my new stereo!

Dustin did an amazing job, from top to bottom. The install was fast, and it all looks as good as you would get with a factory unit. Most importantly, Dustin was a consummate professional - gave me all my options, excellent advice, and was very communicative. He single-handedly ensured I will use this service again, should I need it. He should absolutely be commended for engendering customer loyalty.

The install took more than several hours because I had an amplifier, 6 speakers and Pioneer Radio installed. The wait was well worth it because the audio system sounds fantastic. After the install was finished they showed me how to navigate the system. I love getting into my car now that I have a good audio system to listen to opposed to the factory radio.

Sales associate told me about TotalTech Support. For just under $200 a year it covers installs on stereo, backup camera, speaker installs in pairs for each row of seating , etc, steering wheel controls install, etc. ..can’t beat it. Prior to total tech each item was additional to have installed. This program saved me hundreds and continues to have lots of other perks!

Best Buy in East Hanover NJ installed my new radio in my 2011 Jeep wrangler. Beautiful job. And installation was no charge with radio purchase. Highly recommend this location for installations!

The guys where very professional and definitely knew there stuff. They asked all the right questions to order everything ahead of time and the finish product is flawless looks good in the dash and functions perfectly

The auto install team was quick, courteous, and clean. After the installation, the staff explained their warranty and oriented me with my new purchase. Before leaving they answered my questions about add-ons and upgrades, then invited me back if I had any future questions about my system.
