My agent was Desean/Deshawn(sorry dont really know how to spell his name), but he was outstanding. He worked on my Nissan 370z and provided amazing service. He was very professional and helpful. Provided me excellent service, and answered all my questions. Amazing experience, 5/5.

As usual, the installation was top notch, and the install went quickly, but was so well done. Tech took the time to let me know the steps I needed to take to finish the setup between my phone and the new radio, but there wasn't much to that as they had already done most of that work too!

Associate who installed the radio was very helpful and knowledgable. Would return to this location in the future.

This was my first experience with the Geek Squad and the guys were very knowledgeable and professional. They did an outstanding job on my stereo installation. The only problem I had was having to wait an entire month to get an appointment. I guess the fact that they are so busy is a testament to the good work they do!

The installers put in a Android Auto receiver and backup cam in my older Cadillac Escalade. It is such a large SUV that not having a backup cam was really a problem. With the new stereo and cam my SUV is like a totally modern, new ride. Geek Squad made it so easy and did a great job. Having the total service plan covered 100% of the cost so this was a total no-brainer.

Grant was awesome. It has been about 7 months with no radio. My dealership has been absolutely worthless in fixing my audio problem. I decided to just purchase a new radio and the techs at Best Buy, especially Grant, have been beyond helpful.

Nice people and work fast. They've installed two radios of mine and they have both failed. Could be a radio manufacturer issue, I'm not sure.

Quality of work was good. Kept me informed and even tried to get me in earlier than I had reserved. Only issue is they could not get the backup camera that was already installed working with the radio.

Steve installed my unit, very professional. He made the unit look great in the car dash. He installed a back up camera also. He gave me lots of instructions on how to use the two units.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job installing the car radio. They knew what additional installation items were necessary to install the radio and the backup camera. They also were pretty accurate on the amount of time it would take to install the item. The only problem incurred was the gear shift lever is too close to the radio so they are going to replace the radio with the model that doesn’t open.

Another flawless install by Brandon again,everything is perfect,and took the Tim to tune everything in and never felt rushed,the Buford Georgia shop truly is the best.I take both my cars there to get all my upgraded audio done and will continue too,its no wonder its so busy there,but once again I never feel rushed and he went over everything,highly recommend these guys!

Good installation but I would think since people pay good money on the actual system being installed and the actual installation itself, that Best Buy would no tack on so many other fees and other stuff. It would also have been great to be informed that the system cords for the car Play would be sticking out. Overall the guy install guy was nice.

The installers were very helpful they got me the right radio that I needed for my car got it installed and even recalibrated it after the steering wheel controls quit working it was my fault

I debated for a while whether to upgrade my car stereo or not. I had gone into my local Best Buy a few times to look at the stereo's. I ended up buying an open box and the basic install package. They did an awesome job in a minimal time. I actually waited there while the install was done. I was a little concerned that it was an open box but it ended up being the "PERFECT" choice. The install and the purchase!

GPS/radio unit installed was done cleanly, quickly, and correctly. Unfortunately, it took two tries which necessitated a return trip to the store from out of town. Two tries were needed because incorrect unit was ordered and installed first go around. Recommend buyer insure correct unit is received by taking down model number in store as back up check to order.

Kudos to the Cerritos Installer, John, for an outstanding job installing the Kenwood Nav System and backup camera. Great professionalism. Real help in a small problem with the wrong part ordered but he fixed himself with no problem. Provided time to go over the features and how they operated. Answered all of my questions. Would have him and this Best Buy add to any of my cars in the future. Would recommend.

The installer had this replacement stereo in my car in 30 minutes. I had no appointment, but I had a broken stereo. I take care of things immediately and this guy helped me locate an open box Kenwood that saved me about 100.00. That along with his knowledge and fast install…. awesome.

The new Kenwood Radio/video system with the added backup camera installation was completed within a reasonable time. However there is a lot of glare on the screen that I do not have on my Honda Odyssey, and it appears to be the orientation of the screen or that it is not recessed into the dash.
