Made my appointment & took about 90 mins for installation. After the associate went over how to use my new stereo & double checked connections when a previously installed speaker,from another company , wasn't working. Loose wires in speaker that geek squad didn't install but found the reason for it not working. Guaranteed & great service

Geek Squad installed a Sony in dash multimedia uint and four Kicker speakers into our Rav4. Installation was completed in time stated and finish was clean. Scheduling online was a breeze and installer was ready at scheduled time.

I probably could have installed the display myself, but it certainly would have taken much longer than the 30 min or so it took the pro. He did a great job, but my brightness dial for the dash wasn't pushed back in all of the way. Minor error does not detract from how much easier it was to have this installed.

The is my second use of the Best Buy stereo installation service in as many weeks. The quality of service was just as good the second time round. These guys know their stuff - no unnecessary cuts into my car - everything worked right first time. And there were no surprise fees for wires, connectors or anything like that. Got a text when it was ready, a few minutes earlier than promised.

They were fast, efficient and knowledgeable. They adhered to my appointment time and took the time to show me how it works. Highly recommended.

The agents were able to install the steering controls for my car radio. I was a little disappointed that I was told I would need to buy a part, that was then not needed for the install. I purchased from another retailer and had to return. I was also disappointed that when I had the radio installed 2 weeks prior, that they didn’t tell me about the steering wheel controls not working or another cost to get that installed fixed when they did the original installation. Everything is working as expected, just wish I didn’t get hit up for an extra charge and another few hour appointment when it could have a been done the first time.

I had a Kenwood head unit with navigation antenna ,microphone ,rear view camera and XM antenna installed.All work was completed correctly .The time estimate to install was spot on and the job was done very neatly.All wires protected and hidden with a very professional appearance .The price with lifetime install gauratee is very fair.I recommend this location ,very neat and tidy shop also,

I bought my husband a new stereo for his truck and needed this hardware so that when it was installed he could still use his steering wheel controls for volume and channel surfing. The installer at Best Buy recommended these and he did a wonderful job installing everything. The stereo works beautifully and the controls work just the same. Definitely recommend!!

Installation Department did a great job it actually looks like a Factory install unit. They showed me how to work the device, how to connect my cell phone, how to operate the GPS. They got it in Faster than I expected. They even pushed up my install date as my original install date was right on Super Bowl Sunday.

Our installers are pretty good at my local store. Most of them are knowledgeable and deliver awesome customer service. It seems like the store doesn't staff enough at one time though, so if there's a concern to bring up, it takes time from another install because there's only one person working several appointments at a time.

Had best buy install my new double din. It was to confusing to do myself. Everything is flush, tight, and wired correctly. If I would of done it myself I probably would have burned up the radio because only 2 channels could be hooked up for my Bluetooth and telephone in my Jeep to work correctly because of the factory amplifier. Thanks best buy !!!

I was happy with the install. it took a little longer than expected, but he knew exactly what he was doing..........everything went together as it should have. The really good thing about Best Buy Installs if you purchase thru them - is that if you opt to sell the vehicle they will remove your expensive upgraded radio and reinstall the factory radio at no charge.

I wanted to let you know that D in the installation department is a great person and he did a professional job of installing my Sony Stereo in our Pilot. If you need a stereo installed, please go to Elk Grove and have D do your installation. Great work and a good person.

The agent did a great job showing me how to work the radio and all the features and componets it has. The agent test the radio with my phone for connection check and making sure everything is working.

I had to wait for an affitional 1 hour 15 minutes or so but they were quick installing and left no marks or damage.

The installed my entire kit in about 30 min. Even gave good adivenon how to use the factory dvd in my car.

The lady on the phone was very helpful and she knew exactly what parts i needed by the info i had gave her. Was very impressed.

The agents installed an Android Auto Stereo Unit in my 2018 Kia Forte. They made sure I had all the parts necessary to keep steering wheel controls and even satellite radio if I wanted it. The install took less than 30 minutes and it was clean and professional looking. I would definitely recommend their service.

despite what i was told on my first trip in store after purchase they did install it & the technician did a great job. they didn't try to sell me anything more than what i needed & after it was installed he waited to make sure all of my questions were answered before leaving.

This is the second install of this type Mike at Best Buy had done for us. We were so happy with the first install on our New conversion van that we brought My wives car in to get the same system. Mike was up front, very professional and did exactly what was required to make it perfect. I will recommend Mike at Best Buy installations to everyone I know!
