despite what i was told on my first trip in store after purchase they did install it & the technician did a great job. they didn't try to sell me anything more than what i needed & after it was installed he waited to make sure all of my questions were answered before leaving.

The people are very nice and are very helpful. It was done in a very short amount of time.

The installer was very professional and courteous. He explained everything that he was going to do and how long it would take. The installation was very clean and there were no visible wires or damage to my vehicle. I'll be back to have my back up camera installed

The agents installed an Android Auto Stereo Unit in my 2018 Kia Forte. They made sure I had all the parts necessary to keep steering wheel controls and even satellite radio if I wanted it. The install took less than 30 minutes and it was clean and professional looking. I would definitely recommend their service.

No one installed my Pioneer to my car due to worker not being there asked for day/time to come back. When I came back still was not there I installed my self.

This is the second install of this type Mike at Best Buy had done for us. We were so happy with the first install on our New conversion van that we brought My wives car in to get the same system. Mike was up front, very professional and did exactly what was required to make it perfect. I will recommend Mike at Best Buy installations to everyone I know!

These guys are great! I always hire these guys! They have always been Great on TVs and wires. Now car stereos also! 2007 Toyota but now has new tunes and back up camera, etc…. Sweet sounds!

Very Good install technicians. Worked hard on Christmas Eve. Very confusing setting the install with customer service. Geek Squad not much assistance. I will need to visit the store as I am having issues with the USB port they installed.

The installation was top notch and only took 45 minutes. The technician showed me how to operate the deck including the backup camera. The view from the camera is very clear. Everything is easy to operate and plug and play with my iPhone. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with my purchase and would recommend the product and installation service to friends and family.

Sean did a great job. Everything looks great. I am so glad I upgraded radio and media package from the original factory equipment. It works so much better and is more versatile than the old equipment. He even finished a little sooner than promised.

Superb service! The installer was funny, kind, effective and efficient! I never knew BB even did installation not to mention at no extra charge after buying the head unit. What a great thing to find out at a tough time where it was already way too soon to have to replace the unit I had.

It's $200. Installed a nex4400 pioneer head unit, rear backup camera, rear sensor for backup i got from Amazon. And you know what I'm going to ask them to also wire up my dash cam and it's all included for this price. Bring all your stuff to them to install for your car. Also you can get discounts for home stuff. Get it, i recommend it.

Friendly Helpful staff that guided me on what equipment to get for the product i wanted and did a wonderful job install the system that i love using so much now!

These people were alright, one of them didn’t know how to drive my stick car and told me that they never even ordered the part that I payed to install for the car radio. They did Help a bit more for making me wait another day by fixing my speakers and putting in new ones for free

I want it understood that I rarely EVER give a 5 star review for anything. The service has to be BEYOND the call of duty. And it was. This installer is the best I have had, and I have had a few. Lose him and you will lose business for sure.

This is the first time I ever had Best Buy do an installation but certainly not the last. The installers were very professional, went over details before starting, and did a neat job. In the middle of a pandemic, they also were diligent at respecting the safety of the customer.

Picked up a great car stereo at Best Buy and needed install. Esteban was amazing. Extremely friendly and professional. Went out of his way to explain everything before hand. Once installed, he talked us through the features and set up to make sure we were satisfied with everything. Could not have been more pleased with the whole process.
