I had the Geek Squad install my new stereo into the car. They were professional and courteous, and the agent worked hard to ensure that everything was installed and working correctly. Once he was finished, he brought me out to demonstrate how to use the stereo and to assist me in setting up the sound to a premium quality. I appreciated the care taken.

My install was to be done the day after purchase. I was browsing the computers and having my questions answered when the installer came to me and told me there had been a cancellation, and they could do my install immediately. The job was completed in about 40 minutes. Looks like an original factory install. Thanks "Geek Squad" for a job well done.

Interactions were great from the start, explaining what he was going to be doing and gave me a time frame of an hour I come back an hour later (went shopping/browsing in the meantime) and it was all complete. The installer walked me through on how to use the radio and what functions were on it plus my warranty.

Our tech did a stereo install on our older vehicle, which took a lot of retrofitting. This stereo now looks like a factory unit with all the incredible upgrades a 2017 unit provides. Super knowledgable, highly professional...and not enough good words to describe. Never hesitate to let the Geek Squad do your install. Especially at the Missoula store!

My factory installed GPS in my vehicle was acting up and was old. I asked for a good price with install from my dealership, but found that Best Buy offered the best deal. Now I have a new upgraded GPS installed in my vehicle and I am very satisfied with it so far.

The Agents installed my remote start and alarm first then i had my radio installed and then back up camera , they did superior work everything they installed worked great , there was no mess left i will do business with them again. Great Job Thanks

GeekSquad installation makes sure to cover everything needed to get a new stereo working correctly, fully programmed, and ready to go. I had a couple issues that were with the parts needing to be programmed differently, and the tech worked with me to get things to function the way I wanted them to.

Bought this to upgrade my teens 2010 Nissan Altima and it was a wonderful addition. She can now see if she's backing up correctly. He helps guide her..

Manny installed my stereo and rear view camera. He did a great job with the installation and took the time to explain everything completely.

James did be an Outstanding job on installing my stereo, I did not know but my vehicle had at one time another stereo in it besides the original, and some wiring was not correct, he repaired the wiring while installing the new stereo, I would definitely recommend Best Buy (Geek Squad) for installation.

The agent was through and quick. He had to cut a bigger hole for deck, looked great, fit great. Was professional and nice. Only reason not 5 stars is I would of appreciated the option to disable the need for the vehicle parking park to be on for movies.

If you are reading this and plan on using the Best Buy in Spanish Fort Alabama let me just say that Alfredo is the man! He helped us with selecting the right components and then installed them perfectly in our vehicle. Also, the sales representative who walked us through the options was fantastic. I cannot recommend them enough

I took my car in to get a new stereo installed in my car, Brandon was excellent! He did a great job installing, showing me the different features, hooked up my phone to the bluetooth & even installed a splash screen that was the same as the make of my car. I would highly recommend Brandon at the Oro Valley location and have already to family members and friends

I am very happy with the installation. The technician informed me of all the additional wiring harness, installation kit and tuner I would need to install the aftermarket stereo. He also informed me of additional products that I can install on my vehicle that are compatible with this stereo unit.

the agents installed my audio system very quickly and was very knowledgeable about the product and showed me how to operate every aspect of it. also told me if i had questions about product to free to call for help. he also installed back up camera and connected it to my steering wheel controls. excellent job.
