+My installation was not run of the mill but the techs went above and beyond to get it done right and on time

This Best Buy location had a Knowledgeable team with great service, From the salesperson to the installers. They follow up with a call before your scheduled installation date, they make sure You have what you need. The only thing that I was not happy about my Scheduled wait time, Almost a month wait. Well worth it.

The tech that did the installation of this receiver did an OUTSTANDING job. I cannot express how pleased I am with the care and workmanship of the install tech in the Roanoke VA store.

The Agent installed the Advanced In-Dash Navigation in my vehicle.

Very quick and accommodating, but throughout the process I was told it was free installation which turned out false. The Best Buy Store Employee I made the order with (Who ordered the radio and steering wheel control interface) said it was free installation. The pre-installation phone agent confirmed it was all free. But when I went to install they charged an extra $60 for the steering wheel interface installation. It's messed up because it takes so long to get an appointment that the return period for the interface had passed so I was basically forced into paying more or being stuck with a useless part.

They did a nice thorough job! A few stray pieces were left inside the interior of the car. I kept them just in case they end up being important. The Stereo has recently not been turning on every time I start the car. I'm trying to monitor it to see if I need to take it back to Geek Squad for maintenance.

Best Buy installed a new Pioneer receiver in my wife's Honda Odyssey and did a great job. Turn around time was as promised, new unit looks and sounds great and they cleaned up after themselves! I used to install car stereos in my younger days but no longer have the desire to spend my time doing it, so this was well worth it for me.

Bought the new stereo receiver to replace original stereo. My Best Buy set up the appointment for the next day and on arriving the technician reviewed the purchase and said that there should be no issues and that he should have the install done within 1 hour + 30 minutes. True to his word, it was done, looked good and sounded very good!

So thankful for The Geek Squad. Why don't othe stores have these types of crews too. Best Buy is smart to have them!

Saved me money, very accommodating to my schedule, even told me about all the warranties which I was totally unaware of, it has a great warranty, good info, would have liked some basic instruction on how to use the radio, first time with this radio and it took a while to figure things out, delayed me using it.

I would say on most of my electronics (worth anything) I always usually add the Geek Squad protection plan. Its worth the money to add just in case anything were to happen. I've only had to use the plan benefits a hand full of times but it paid for itself in those cases.

I of course paid in advance for the installation of an aftermarket CarPlay unit in my Ram 1500., as I had never installed a dash unit I fully expected to pay additional fees for added hardware, cables, etc., but I was shocked at what I encountered. Two workers staring at each other in a two Bay empty garage filled with parts, cables, and equipment refused to even consider installing my brand new in the box unit saying it wouldn’t work and they wouldn’t touch it. I left… and installed it myself. It took about an hour and works great.

I had this radio installed for my husband. He is extremely tech disadvantaged. The Geek Squad not only installed it perfectly, but took the extra time to show him how to use every feature. He might not be able to use a smartphone, but he's great with the Bluetooth!

The guys at Best Buy did a great job installing a new Kenwood in dash radio coupled with a backup camera. They made sure the radio could be controlled from the original steering wheel buttons and that the backup camera was accurately positioned to give me a true backup image. Totally happy with the installation job, very clean and professionally done.

I could not have been more pleased with my installation. I had a kenwood stereo and backup camera installed in my 2010 F350. Stock-like install, very clean, camera is dead on, every input connection USB, phone, aux, bluetooth, and apps work perfectly. He even set the stereo presets to my original settings. Thorough guidance on installation and how the stereo works.

Natomas location installed Alpine stereo incorrectly. Roseville location fixed everything and were extremely helpful. Steve the install tech in Roseville did a perfect job all around. Friendly, knowledgeable, and took care of the situation. The install tech in Natomas had a bit of an attitude and didn’t sound welcoming when I told him my stereo sounded really bad now to the point where I felt uncomfortable with this guy working on my car and switched stores. Turns out he didn’t install the stereo correctly so I could get into my settings and change the crossover points for the bass or anything for that matter. Roseville - 1 Natomas - 0
