Geek Sq did not finish transfer of memory, and subsequentally I spent two hours on the phone & $39.99 to try and complete the transfer all memory..............nothing but a waste of time & money

We waited all day for the tech to complete the transfer. Finally I called the Geek Squad around 8:00 pm. They stated that the tech had a problem and they wanted to reschedule 2 weeks later so I cancelled the order and rescheduled with another service who completed the service 2 days later. Geek Squad was always great in the past but this was the worst service experience I ever received. No communication all day !!

I don't know that it is the tech's problem, but the data transfer was unsuccessful on site. The technician had us take the hard drive in to the store and they were also unable to transfer data due to an issue with the hard drive. Technician was helpful and made arrangements, so I give the tech a 4 star rating while the project was unsuccessful.

I tried the in-home tech service (Geek Squad) and after a weeks delay when the tech arrived, he could not perform the task the support order required. The in-store salesman and I held a long and detailed discussion before he sold me the product for the tech support to install. within a week both were credited to my account. No. He did not seem to know what he was doing. He pushed a couple of buttons and said it was Ok, but it still acts just like it did before,

The Geek Squad is the most incompetent and in certain cases rude group I have ever encountered. The transfer was a complete disaster and I now have to pay someone ele to come and do the job correctly.

Marco is amazing! Through his knowledge and expertise he helped us trailer Three computers (two laptops, and one desktop) To meet our needs and desires. He also set up our HP Smart tank printer and took away our old large cartridge printer. During his visits he was able to demonstrate use of all of these products to help our family understand method and practices that make these devices easier to use and meet up to our expectations. He is a credit in every respects to Best Buy.

Install was proficient, timely and very professional. Took only matter of minutes. Giving me a security keeping my data.
