    Geek Sq did not finish transfer of memory, and subsequentally I spent two hours on the phone & $39.99 to try and complete the transfer all memory..............nothing but a waste of time & money

    We waited all day for the tech to complete the transfer. Finally I called the Geek Squad around 8:00 pm. They stated that the tech had a problem and they wanted to reschedule 2 weeks later so I cancelled the order and rescheduled with another service who completed the service 2 days later. Geek Squad was always great in the past but this was the worst service experience I ever received. No communication all day !!

    I tried the in-home tech service (Geek Squad) and after a weeks delay when the tech arrived, he could not perform the task the support order required. The in-store salesman and I held a long and detailed discussion before he sold me the product for the tech support to install. within a week both were credited to my account. The week after the refund arrived in my account I went to a local computer tech

    I don't know that it is the tech's problem, but the data transfer was unsuccessful on site. The technician had us take the hard drive in to the store and they were also unable to transfer data due to an issue with the hard drive. Technician was helpful and made arrangements, so I give the tech a 4 star rating while the project was unsuccessful.

    The in home service used to be so good. From start to finish this was difficult and did not accomplish what I had set out to do entirely.
