I bought this for my wife. The buttons were too stiff and did not work properly. I immediately took it back to the store and replaced it with another model.

The volume and on/off buttons are covered by the plastic in this poorly designed case, making it VERY difficult to press these buttons.

This case shouldn't have even been made. Im not sure if it was a defective item or it was intensional. I felt like i got punked. a $4 case - I got what i paid for.

The case feels great with the phone. I dropped it a couple times and it has protected my phone.

Since I purchased the case my phone base slipped out of it twice...first time on carpet no damage and the second time on concrete which damaged the back of the phone. I don't recommend this case to protect an expensive phone...it is purely for looks! Don't buy!

So far it appears to be a strong and durable case for my new iPhone5.

Though the case is relevantly costly, we were not affected by it. The price match the salesman recommended was a perfect solution to offset the price. The case is thin and very modern and sleek. Love it! and love the protection it provides for my phone.

This is a poorly made product. The top and side buttons are almost not functional. For them to work, you have to press so hard you think you will break it. It's made out if something that makes it almost oily to the touch. Keep looking. This product should be recalled.

My mother has the iPhone 4 and she has the same Incase for her phone. I really like everything about that case so i decided to buy it for my new iPhone 5. Bad idea. The sleep button cover does not work. You have to press down really hard and even then it does not put the phone to sleep.

Bottom line is that the covers over the buttons don't work. I couldn't push in once the cover was on. It seemed like even breaking it in wouldn't work as it was so tough. Looks great but wasn't functional in this case (no pun intended.)

I really wanted to like this product, however, after only a short time, the rubber pulled away from the iphone, which became annoying.

Good buy for your money and an electrifying color design.

I am a big fan of Incase products, and have bought many products they have produced. I like this case, but it really adds to the thickness of the phone. The slider aspect is nice if you are using a dock, but I dont even think they make a dock for the iPhone 5, so its not really serving a purpose.

Possibly the worst case you could possibly consider buying for your iPhone. The case does not fit snugly on the phone, the two pieces slide apart easily leaving the top half of the case in your hand and the phone on the ground. This happened to my phone resulting in severe damage to the back casing. If my phone had been in another case this damage would never had occurred. Needless to say I am very upset with this case's shoddy construction.

The case looks nice and handles being dropped exceptionally well however the button covers are so hard to push down I have to keep my volume all the way up and let the phone hibernate by itself.

I am using it with new IPhone5 and it works for me.
