case is sloppy to hold

But the flap that covers the phone causes the case to be difficult to hold...it's crooked, not stiff, and the case (with phone) just feels terrible to hold. This is the second case I've tried with this design, and I returned this one to Best Buy...they were good about it.

The cover is loosely attached to the case as it doesn't have any way to secure it closed. It just seemed like a very basic case missing a few key components like style and security. I returned it the same day I got it
