When purchasing a scanner, one needs to be very clear on what the scanner will be used for. It is easy to get one that either does not perform what you want or does it poorly. This one does photos, but the quality is not as good as a flat bed. However, since there are nearly a thousand photos involved, this will be sufficient.

I wish that I had purchased this ages ago! It has allowed me to organize photos, recipes, magazine articles...basically all of my overwhelming pile of memorabilia.

This product works great especially with multimedia devices.

I replaced a Neat Scanner, same size category, with this scanner. The more attractive price, and some problems I'd had with connectivity with Neat and the MacBook, made me curious. To date, with little use admittedly, the Ion Audio scanner has performed extremely well.

I inherited the family photos… several boxes later this scanner is helping organize and share the memories with the whole family. Very easy to use.

It only took me a few mins to set up and after that is was very easy to use and scan...

If you travel a lot on a daily basis for your job, this is handy to have.

At first, I was pretty impressed with this product. After charging and connecting, I could scan directly to my PC, iPhone, iPad, etc. I thought it was doing a fantastic job, until lines started appearing in the scans 3 weeks after purchase. I attempted to return to Best Buy, but their return policy is now just 15 days, so they sent me away unhappy. I ordered the Fujitsu scansnap 1100 and the quality is 10 times better than the ion air copy. I wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing.

I like using this product. It is quick and easy to understand. It works with my mac laptop.

Love the idea of using with iPad, but it is bad to loose it's connection. Using with my laptop same scenario. Improvements need to be made for the cost of this scanner.

I love this scanner. I wish I knew about scanners earlier. Went to visit family out of state and scanned so many old pics. I love it!

Took a bit to download drivers from Windows 8 but once I got that taken care of with the help of the product online support it works just fine from both my phone and laptop.

I absolutely love my little scanner and the fact that it's portable. It's great for crafting projects also.
