A machine made for moms! It gets the job done and can program to do certain areas at a time. Though I do wish it could under my couches.

Love my i7+ Love the mapping. The no go zones and scheduling the robot to clean different rooms. Love the fact I don’t have to empty the vacuum manually. World definitely recommend

Overall decent product, better than usual vacuum, now floor is more clean than before, save time and energy. Self-Emptying is a big plus.

I replaced a 4 year old Samsung robot vacuum cleaner that wouldn't connect to my network anymore (needed 2.4 Ghz ONLY wi-fi, and since mine was mixed 2.4 and 5 it wouldn't connect) This new one was connected in minutes. With the Samsung robot vacuum the cleaning wasn't that great ( it wasn't a cheap one, i payed over $1000 for it) The iRobot cleans EVERYTHING!!! After a couple cycles it learned my house layout and can pick what rooms to clean. Works seamlessly with Google Assistant. About 5 times quiter than my old Samsung. The only VERY loud thing about the new one is when it returns to base and empties into bag.

I think the Roomba's are solid, quality products. I tried the 980 and the I7. I wound up purchasing a RoboRock S5 in the end. The iRobot vacuums (both) did a really nice job cleaning and were good at navigating as well. The 980 was a bit loud and the I7+ was somewhat quieter. The self cleaning bin emptying process is nice but I don’t find it that big of a benefit. Both the 980 and I7+ tend to pick up foreign hair and debris that get tangled in the wheels and brushes. I didn’t like having to clean these after every run. When compared to the RoboRock S5 the navigation was good but a bit aggressive, meaning it would bump up against things with less agility and far less finesse than the RoboRock, but it wasn’t terrible although I noted the Roomba vacs plastic bumpers sustained a number of scratches and mars in a short time. The RoboRock really shines here. It is agile, gentle and hugs furniture legs with care while covering the entire floor. The Roomba also (neither unit) could clean my home (only 1400 sqft) with one charge like the RoboRock could. It took over 2-3 hours where the RoboRock completed the job in less than 90 minutes. The Roomba got stuck more often but could also get under more things than the RoboRock, that was nice. The Roomba dirt sensor mode is a feature that I really liked, truly a “smart” vacuum! This vacuum also cleans really well a better than the RoboRock when it comes to carpet. I really liked the I7+ but for the steep price, I did not see the value.

Took some getting used to, but has worked perfectly since! Delivery worked out great. Will definitely be looking at Best Buy for next electronics purchase.

Great vacuum and easy to setup. We use it 3 days a week and have a dog. Had to have it serviced once and a couple tech calls to get it rebooted.

My wife is ecstatic about "Rosie", her new Rumba. We have a 5 yr old labrador and a new cat maybe 2-3 yrs old, and it definitely goes around and picks up all of the loose hair, along with dust and anything else. It returns to station to empty itself as needed and finishes the job, mostly on tporelain plank floor but also goes on thin entry carpets and really cleans them nicely. It will also do our bedroom wall to wall carpets. I am somewhat amazed at how smart it is to hit obstacles, furniture, walls, etc. but just turn away and go on with business. Really smart! Worthwhile investment

I’m sold on this product. It keeps up with my golden retriever’s hair, no more hair blowing down the hallway. It easily transitions between thick carpet, rugs, wood floors and ceramic. It does leave some small hair balls during vacuuming, perhaps as it turns from time to time, which are easily picked up by hand. I have it set to vacuum 3/week. I love the self emptying feature which sounds like a jet taking off so you know it’s definitely emptying its contents. Also, my dog is not bothered by our new robot friend as it moves about. The directions for routine care are easy to follow and important to know with dog hair. I’m very happy this, I wish I had one to do laundry and dishes!

This my second Irobot vacuum and it works better than expected. We have a husky that sheds year round and this vacuum picks up all of the hair with ease.

Purchased to keep our main level floors extra tidy. With us all being home and 5 pets, I felt like I was cleaning the floors every 15 minutes. When we unboxed the i7, it spent what seemed like an entire day doing a map/clean of our first floor. It was a little noisy while doing this but moved in a very thorough manner and created an excellent map. To avoid it being in the way during the day, we set it for M/W/F overnights. Our floors are consistently tidy and I’d say the i7 manages to get up 80-90% of the pet hair and dirt/dust that I previously swept and hand vacuumed. Can’t speak on durability yet but time will tell. I’m pleased with the purchase so far!

This is my second robot. First Roomba. Navagation The navigation and mapping leaves a little to desire. It is an overall good robot but at times will get lost and the app says its stuck but when i go to find it its three feet from base in the middle of the floor no obstructions. Not sure if the problem is the dark but most of the time its in the dark when this happens. Cleaning wise it does a very good job picking up debris dirt and dog hair. (two dog house) The self emptying is very nice. I am very happy with its cleaning. Ease of use Its very easy to use and the app is very easy to install and get the robot up and running. Overall I like the robot overall and would recommend it.

Love it! Didn't quite believed on the performance.

I'm a tough reviewer. Many times I give a 3 star,almost never a 5 star. The machine has worked very well. Battery life is good. Recharges when needed and has been emptying when needed. Unable to pick up all debris on carpet or hard floor, but by running 4-5 times over 3 days, it got 95%. The floors were dirty due to our grands going in and out. We cleaned with a normal vac after the trial and expect to use the roomba 2-3 times per week. Noise level on carpet is quite good, hard floors a little louder. It got stuck once in the track of the sliding glass door, but otherwise negotiated tight spots flawlessly. Impressed with it's ability to do a finishing run against baseboards, couches etc.

Very pleased with Robot i7. Waited quite a while with decision to purchase but so glad I did. And Best Buy price was great. Performs as expected.

Overall disappointing product. This vacuum doesn’t pick up any visible dirt or debris, yet is somehow always full. The navigation and room mapping is pretty good. The app interface is also good. The vacuum just doesn’t suck up enough stuff, I have to go back over rooms with an upright vacuum. Additionally, the sound of this vacuum emptying its bin is the loudest sound that has ever occurred in my house, surpassing my full surround sound system.

Never worry about vacuuming again, This vacuum does a great job cleaning and since it empties itself and you can setup a schedule or automations for it to vacuum you can truly forget about vacuuming.

This the 3rd robot vacuum I've owned and it is by far the best! I love its ability to go back to base, empty & charge, and then finish the job.
