Works great we have 3 cats, a dog, and a new born! Makes keeping the floors effortless.

I didn’t give it give stars because it will literally run over the dog! It does a great job cleaning and is super quiet.

Received this as a birthday gift. It's nice that you use your smart phone to operate. Easy to setup. The mapping process takes quite a few times to learn the layout of the house. It does have limits as to carpeting thickness it can handle. When the unit docks and empties it's quite loud. Does a nice job on tile, hardwood and low pile carpet. Over all its a decent product. I feel it's a bit overpriced though.

Got this as Christmas present. I will come back and adjust the overall rating in 6 months to see if it goes from good to great or good to not so great. So far so Good. Took a while for it to learn the rooms on the 1st floor where we installed it. Nifty little bugger goes out and vaccuums then comes back to home base for charging and emptying the junk in the bin. Quite LOUD when you do it scared the family when I had it programmed to do at 4am. oops.

We have used our Roomba enough now that it has mapped out our house and we have seen it in action avoiding a desk that it had hit when first mapping out. We have also connected it to our Amazon Alexa and have set a routine that when we leave the Roomba will go around and back to her charging port getting everywhere or specific rooms we choose. The only “con” I have is that when it’s emptying it sounds like a mini jet engine taking off in my house and it scared us the first time.

Wasn’t sure how I would feel with a “robot” vacuuming..but its a game changer for sure..it os multitasking at its finest! I LOVE IT!

Great product with the mapping features, schedules and self emptying

My wife and I were in the store looking at appliances when the end cap with the Roombas caught our eye. This one was $300 off the regular price. After reading the literature, looking it up online, and my wife saying 'it will help me', we decided to buy it. We honestly had been tracking the technology for a while, and the specs on this seemed to alleviate some of my fears of past technology. We both really liked the idea of the automatic emptying bin and charging station. Fast forward 4 months now: Pros - it has learned the rooms it cleans; does a good job; empties and informs the user via app on issues. Cons - it sometimes gets 'stuck' and you have to reset it; some of the documentation even online is a bit vague; sometimes quits and provides no reason/error. Overall, it cleans the accessible areas quite well, and my wife is able to use it several times a week. It does pick up dog hair (we have a husky and beagle) in those areas. You still have to sweep manually in those hard to get or inaccessible areas! (So don't think it will do all the work for you.) Good help meet for the working couple (or working woman, as we know who really cleans us don't we gents?). We would recommend it, but if you're on a budget be sure to compare all the models from Roomba. Get the one that works for you. Up next, we are looking at the mopping robot. (Maybe for Mothers Day!)

I bought this for our home for last Christmas, so far so good! Works well on our hardwood floors!

I love this vac for my hardwood but does not perform well on plush carpeting
