It’s my first Roomba, and I like it! I recommend this robot to everyone.

Does a good job of daily cleaning. Adequate for dog hair.

It is pretty quiet. The mapping part helps the vacuum clean efficiently

I personally love the vacuum!! With two labs pups/dogs - couldn't live without it!! Frustrated how the protection plan works!! I did still purchase it for our new vacuum and would highly recommend it to everyone!! Bought our original i7 December 2019. Started having issues with it earlier this year. The iRobot company was very helpful in trying to help me resolve the issue until they discovered it was no longer under their warranty - then they told me to just take it back to Best Buy. Best Buy sent it off to be repaired - sent back nothing done to it. Still wouldn't work. Best Buy gave me a gift card in the amount that I purchased the iRobot for which was $100 less than what a new one costs now!! I had gotten it on sale and it currently is not on sale. I explained to the manager that I simply wanted a replacement and asked if they would price match it and he refused. Very disappointed that I had to end up paying more for a replacement even with the protection plan!!! Felt they should have sold me the new vacuum for the same price as I originally purchased it for since I also had purchased their protection plan with it.

Love these vacuums they work great not the greatest or intelligent AI but it does. It’s job.

Works great! I have it set to vacuum every day. The bags are a bit expensive, but you can get them on Amazon for wayyyy less.

It works great. We have 2 dogs with constant hair everywhere. It is able to pick it all up and return to the port to dump it.

I like my Roomba very much. It saves so much time. It cleans my LVP and carpeted areas with no problem. It will get stuck occasionally, but sends a message via text or echo to let me know. I can them just turn it off with a command. I gave it four stars because it is over priced compared to other brands that work just as well.

I’ve had this roomba for about 3 months now and I love it! No complaints thus far but it is only 3 months in.

Works a lot better than my 6 year old Roomba. Loved that it self's cleans though the self cleaning is a bit loud when it does. It senses objects so much better and can find the home base a lot easier than my old one that i would sometimes find dead in the middle of the room because it got lost. Obviously the vacuum works great also.

Works quite well, We use it more to maintain clean floors then spot clean or cleaning really dirty floors.

First iRobot and we love it. Only thing is once in awhile it could get wedged under couch but great little machine

Overall I like this product, but the battery seems to only last about 30-45 minutes before it needs to charge (its in an all carpet area, so that might be the problem). The automatic dirt disposal is nice, because in theory you do not have to worry about your Roomba for long periods of time. But in our experience it gets clogged about once a month and needs to be taken apart to remove the clog and it is sooo loud when it empties that it wakes everybody in our house.
