Works amazingly well and love the schedules and custom locations.

I've cleaned the Roomba more times than the Roomba has cleaned my house. I did a lot of research and saw a lot of reviews and decided to go for the I7+. The Roomba hasnt completed a cleaning job since I bought it. It never empties itself onto the Base, instead it makes me empty the bin in the Roomba. I bought it so that I can clean the house while I'm at work, but it stops cleaning after 15- 20 minutes and tells me it couldn't empty itself. I come home to see if it got stuck or vacuumed something large, but it's always empty. I'm giving it a fair review because it does vacuum, but the amount of time I've wasted dealing with it is just annoying.

We love this robot. It mapped the house in 3 or 4 passes. I've created rooms so I can just have it vacuum one room or area at a time. Not having to keep emptying the robot's bin when it is full is a great help. I can set the robot to vacuum the house and it will do it. It cleans very well and leaves nothing behind. I have a dog that sheds, a lot, and this vacuum picks it all up. Even the fine hairs. I cannot recommend this enough.

Amazing for everyday. Definitely helps when your the only one cleaning.

I'm underwhelmed with the 7550. We have no carpet in our house, but we have a husky, a german shepherd and a short hair cat. We don't groom them near enough so they all shed like wild. We got this as a supplemental daily vac between weekly deeper cleaning session. It gets stuck often on the corners of things like the refrigerator, or on cabinetry. It tends to push the hair around more than pick it up on the laminate flooring, the battery life isn't bad, but we run it 3 times a day but I always have to go in behind it and suck up clumps of pet hair that bounce around like tumbleweeds through the house. The self emptying function is great though. It's powerful and holds quite a bit, but I hate that they lock you in to using their non re-usable bags. I just use my normal vacuum to suck the bags empty and put them back in the bin which works great. If iRobot ever releases a re-sealable bag I'd bump this to 4 stars. (We have this vac cleaning only the living room and kitchen which are connected and probably make up about 400-500 sqft)

"Robie" in four outings learned the upstairs 3400 sq ft of which 2100 sq ft is a theater and exercise area. We broke it up into four zones. Fascinating the AI technology that went into this robot. Will probably purchase another for the down stairs. Cleans surprisingly well. Anything loose on the surface is sucked up. May cut contract cleaners to once a month instead of biweekly. Depending on activity. Five stars on hard wood floors. Four on carpet. Recommend the i7 with Automatic Dirt Disposal.

We are really happy with our Roomba. It cleans well and it is such a good feeling to always have the floors cleaned. That being said, the battery life is not what I had expected, but with the feature of it returning to base and recharging, it is not really an issue. There have been a few occasions when the Roomba has gotten itself stuck and cleaning needed to be resumed once I returned home to correct the problem. The self-emptying feature is really a must if you have animal hair, etc.

Very good Roomba. I have 2 dogs and my floors are always spotless. Roomba is my best friend

I absolutely love this roomba. It’s been a absolute dream owning this. I just select the room I want it to clean and it does the rest. I love that it self empties and goes back to the exact same spot to resume cleaning. It also has pretty impressive suction. I’ve been so impressed with everything it picks up. The only con is the battery life. I wish it lasted longer. It’s not a big deal because it will dock recharge and go back out to finish cleaning, but it would be an awesome improvement to a very great product.

The IRobot 7+ is awesome!! It leaves no grit behind. I love it!!
