Love this vaccuum. Love that you can give it a name. Ours is named Texana. She does such a great job and we have dogs that shed. She can be scheduled to run so she is always on time and doesn't finish until she is done. We still need to pull out the Dyson for tight corners and the back of the couch which is against the wall, but infrequently. We love Texana.

If your on the fence about a robotic sweeper then jump down and look at this one. Do you want to clean your automated dust pan all the time? No? Then choose this little bot with auto dirt disposal. There are plenty of great features. Like auto floor plan mapping, easy setup, home automation integration, multi surface cleaning and maneuverability. My Grandson loves sweeping the floors with this robot which he named in the app. We ask him to sweep the floor and he gets a big smile and runs around the house picking up things like pet toys, stray socks, carelessly discarded bath room towels and the occasional charging cord. Then he pushes the button on the bot and away it goes. It spends the day cleaning the house. The bot cleans each room returning every hour or so to charge and empty its dust bin. If there is a problem it will request help by the app and through gentle beeps. This bot has no problem with moving from room to room even with a raised sill to cross. It gets under raised beds and furniture so be sure to look under furniture before you send it on its first few excursions. If something does get jammed in the roller pickups or elsewhere it is very easy to flip the bot over and remove the roller pickups to clean the jam. This thing is seriously user friendly for maintenance. If your thinking about a robotic sweeper and want a well thought out product then seriously consider this package.

It's crazy how awesome a vaccuum cleaner can be. This thing is so smart on how it learns your house. I love how you can tell it to do specific rooms. We have 3 large dogs and 3 cats who all shed. Vacuuming was becoming a nightmare. This gets all the fur up and you can let it do it's job every day when you aren't home. I never vaccuum any more, but my carpets are always clean!

The day to day pet hair on our hardwood floors was incredible. This Roomba solved that. Impressive how it does its job. Set up was fairly simple, it took a few hours to map out the residence and its been smooth sailing since. Run it 3-4 times a week and is doing a good job. Can run it remotely through the app shop everything is done when you get home. No more tumbleweed pet hair.

Best price ever. i have used this manufacturer since the 1st robotic vacuum was introduced to the market. i never used any other manual or other brand robotic vaccum because i dont need at all. One has satified our home uses for tens years. Never broken. Just replace battery and brush.

Talk about time saving, convenience of life and commodities. This is one of the best things out there. I am sure there many options and brands and so on, I went with this one after many reviews and I am glad I did. Phone application is great, I can set up runs and they're done when I get home. I love the maps, the option of gray areas where it doesn't go in if you set it up. There is minimal interaction that I have to have with the machine. I clean it every week, sometimes more depending on what was on the floor and if I notice that it needs to be clean. The vacuum bags last me a long time. After a year of use I just changed the things that spin in the bottom that pick up the dirt and they were barely in need of replacement just minor details and I wanted it to work 100%. Things that could be improved: sometimes near the back glass door theres a space between the floors and the glass door and it gets stuck there when it can just spin and get out of there. It can sometimes get stuck on carpet thats not the basic carpet in homes. Training in a new space could be a bit quicker, yet I do understand the need for accuracy. Overall its a great little machine that I wouldn't think twice of buying again or recommending someone to do so as well.

This was my first robot vacuum and I was skeptical. Once I had the house mapped, and let it do it's cleaning, I was skeptical no more. The most amazing aspect of the vac was its ability to get under the bed and dressers. I was sold on that alone. I've not given it any crazy jobs but it picks up cat food and crumbs with ease. Also, since I have mine doing the whole home three days a week, the hardwood floors are always clean. It's a great earing finder. Sometimes I check out the dust bin bag just to see what all it finds. Problems, minimal. I've had a few times which it has sucked up a USB cord and was stuck till I arrived home. It also likes to unplug my recliner's electrical cord. You have to remember to pick up after yourself as if you had a child in the house and you will have none of those problems. Occasionally the beta software will have a glitch but I signed up for the iRobot beta software testing so that's my fault. Perhaps I've helped newer releases.

Great product if your home isn’t constantly busy. If you have indoor pets that roam the house or enjoy movement the Rumba isn’t a good buy.

I love the i7 + iRoomba! We run it daily and I never see my dog’s hair ever! Very user friendly in terms of setup, mapping and cleaning. It does require weekly cleaning to keep it functioning as it should but even that is easy to do! Highly recommend it!

Love it especially the dirt disposal feature. Easy to set up and the disposal station bag lasts a long time before needing emptying. The Roomba itself works great and finds its way around with no problems. Was surprised that the dogs pay no attention to it. It cleans the hardwood floors and carpets well, especially picking up dog hair. Wish we got one a long time ago.Have had about one month.

We had a much smaller machine and not a Roomba. I am completely happy with this purchase. We have 2 cats, one is a long hair and this machine picks up all her hair. The self cleaning is loud but only lasts a few seconds so I’ll take that any day rather than do it myself. It saves time and is super convenient.

Works great and it way smarter than my old shark robot vac

I bought this vacuum to help keep the dog hair to a minimum especially on the tile. It works great. We have tile, low and medium pile carpet and it maneuvers well over it all. I love the self empty feature as well. Now if I can just get the dog to accept his new house buddy.

I have a single story home and the vacuum was able to map it pretty quickly about a few training runs. It navigates really well and I have already had to deal with support on a manufacturing defect, which I got the part in two days. It works great now. I wish the S9 had better reviews, but this one has none of the carpet issues that the S9 apparently has.

While it is not going to have the same cleaning power as an upright that you are operating and know when you need to go over an area multiple times, it does do a very good job. The automatic empty is fantastic as the vacuum would need to be emptied multiple times during a clean. The mapping works well, and now I can just tell it to clean a specific room as needed.

I upgraded to a 5 yr old vac. What a difference!!! I love the rubber components as dog hair rarely gets stuck and the self emptying is AMAZING. It does get lost or stuck occasionally so I knocked 1 star off. I get the stuck but the lost is annoying given the amount of sensors.
