We have a shedding dog. Romba keeps things dust and dog hair free.

The product works great, however the vacuum does get stuck under my end tables and my coffee tables. I'm very disappointed that I was sold a product in stores and I cannot find the bags anywhere.

I love this vac. It is so quiet and does a great job of cleaning both carpet and bare flooring. I even enjoy watching it doing its thing. (It doesn't take a lot to entertain me.) :-) All my previous vacs have been annoying to hear, but "Rambo" isn't.

We recently purchased this Roomba i7+ as a replacement for a Shark Ion Robot we got from another retailer a couple of years back. Since we purchased the original Shark, we added a dog with a good deal of shedding (though he is a small dog so there's only so much he can shed.) The Shark just wasn't getting the job done anymore, and it was getting stuck all the time, and required a lot of maintenance. We were hoping for an upgrade without going all the way to the $1,000+ range, and the i7+ fit that bill. In short, we are thrilled with the upgrade. The vacuum base in an awesome feature, and the movement patterns and mapping are far, far superior to the shark. The shark moved entirely on a sort of "trial and error" navigation, where the Roomba is much smarter in what it sees and remembers. The RUBBER rollers are easy to remove and clean, and they also don't tend to get mucked up like the rollers on the shark which are hard plastic with brushes. A dog hair nightmare, in otherwords. I would highly recommend this particular robot, and we are very happy with it.

This may be the single best purchase I have ever made when it comes to making my life easier!!! I first purchased the iRobot - Roomba e5 Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum - Charcoal because it had great ratings for pet hair. I gave it a try for a few days and didn't like the way it bounced around with lack of direction and consistency. Also, it seemed to be geared for less square footage than what my home needed, and it wouldn't finish the job before running out of battery or needing to be emptied. I needed to babysit it more than I wanted. So I returned it for the Roomba i7, and I am so glad I did!!! I love the way it mapped out my home allowing me to pick which room I would like to clean and when. In addition, when it is full, it returns to the base to empty in vacuum bag and returns to where it left off last. This feature allows my home to be vacuumed while no one is at home and does a great job of getting up the pet hair. We have a large 100 pound dog and 2 long haired cats along with 2 young kids. The feeling of having the floors cleaned by simply clicking on the app while I am busy with other activities is priceless. Beyond very pleased with my purchase!!!

I must admit I can't imagine life without this product. I have a 2-story house and having this is very helpful. I love it! It does a great job at cleaning different types of floors and rugs. It's very easy to use and it works perfectly.

It always seems to be off line. We wish we kept unless smart roomba instead.

Excellent upgrade from first Roomba vacuum Mapping works great

First off if you have Dogs or Cats like me you need the vacuum base, unless you like emptying the bin all the time. Don’t be fooled by the small bag. It has lasted almost two months. You will be surprised how heavy a full bag is. Next this Vacuum is well designed. It supports Alexa, has a easy to use mobile app and is designed for easy servicing. My system came with a I-7 Robot. The app will remind you and show you videos of how to maintain the unit. I’m very impressed by all the features it has like using Alexa to just clean one room by name, modular design, well thought out software and how it cleans. My previous other branded robot failed after two years. It was a sealed system with no user serviceable parts except the beater bar. Pet hair is a robot killer. Thank Goodness for the Best Buy warranty. I was able to easily upgrade to this superior model. I am confident this one will out last the other branded one because you can easily remove pet hair where other brands you can not. I -Robot/ Roomba is the leader in Robot vacuums, just wish I would have bought one to start. Live and Learn, you get what you pay for.

Absolutely Wonderful!!! One less Mega Chore. Makes Life Easier!!

Loving my roomba. It’s so nice to be able to customize your map and also not having to clean the vacuumed trash. The robot does it for you, at the beginning I was kind of frustrated because I couldn’t understand how to skip stuck sides. Now it’s not an issue, I learned

Great purchase, especially living in a farm area! Picks up well! First robot vacuum I’ve purchased should have done it earlier! Only reason I don’t give 5 star is because I wish it was less complicated to set zones for the vacuum .

Great product, works very well for in between full cleanings

I love this irobot. I upgraded from an earlier model. I love that this one can actually learn different rooms and can clean specific rooms based on commands. It does a good job cleaning and compared to the previous model the actual rubber brushes without the bristles is a lot better for dog hair. It does have that extra expense of having to buy the refill dirt disposal bags for the dispenser on top of the already costly price of the iRobot vacuum itself, which is why I only give it four stars rather than five, but overall it is a good product. If it was just the empty canister that you can easily just empty into your trash can when it fills without having to have an extra cost of about $15 to $20 to buy refill dirt disposal bags it would have been five stars. For some people this may not be an issue because it may take a few vacuums before it fills but for a house with three huskies, an Alaskan Malamute, and an African gray parrot, these bags fill rather quickly which makes it costly to continue to replace over and over.

Keeps the floor dust free and is easy to schedule cleanings

Purchases this on Black Friday. Was excited about the reviews but disappointed in the product. Very easy to set up and start the initial cleaning/learning process. Kept getting the bin error 14. Opened and checked numerous times, cleaned contacts, and whatever else i could find online…but kept getting the error. I also noticed it would wipe off a lot of the dog hair collected when it transitioned from hard floors to carpet. Definitely not what i expected. Returned product and will stick with a traditional vacuum.

Does a very good job cleaning. Anxious to have it fully map the full floor layout so I can setup by room. It takes several runs before it has a full map. Unfortunately I somehow reset what it had mapped after about 5 runs so now I have to wait for a few more cycles. Will update again once I try the smart maps.

I have 7 birds, a dog, and a cat. This Roomba is a major time saver! It cleans up small feathers, bird seed, and dog and cat hair. I love that it self empties so it just gets right back to cleaning instead of ending the job until I can get it emptied. It does get stuck from time to time but not often. I definitely give the Roomba a workout with all my animals!

Great Product work perfectly easy to use and beautiful Style

Love my new iRobot Roomba i7. Bought it because my old robot vacuum stopped working and needed a new one. This iRobot has met all my expectations. Works great on all my floor types and love the mapping feature so I can control my daily floor care. And got it at a great price.
