**I have the iRobot-Roomba i7+ Wi-Fi Connected Robot Vacuum with Automatic Dirt Disposal** I LOVE this iRobot. Earlier this year when I went shopping for a robot vacuum, the iRobot was my #1 choice, but decided to go cheaper and get Deebot instead. But the Deebot Robot was all over the place, always getting stuck in different areas, and I just got tired of following it around. So, I decided to give my #1 choice a try, and so glad I did. Love it, Love it. It cleans Every corner, even though it’s yet to be programmed to my phone. I can just sit back and relax and let do the work. It vacuums my Hardwood floors and my carpet very well, but I Do Not let it vacuum my shag Area Rug though. And when it’s all done, or if the battery gets low, I Love how it just return to the base and empty/suctions whatever it picked up, right into the disposal. AWESOME!!

The first I7 I purchased would leave a trail of clumped up dog hair everywhere it went. It was picking up some dog hair in the process too. We have an Australian Shepherd so there is a fair amount of shedding. We have hardwood, carpet and tile floors. After a couple weeks of constantly picking up clumps of hair and getting false full bin error msgs I decided maybe we just had a bad unit. So I returned Stella and decided to upgrade to the I7+. A world of difference! No more clumps of hair and false full bun msgs. Stella 2.0 has redeemed my faith in iRobot. So happy I decided to keep trying with a new unit. Also loving the automatic dirt disposal! It’s nice to have Stella empty herself when I am not home and come back to a completed cleaning job. I would have given 5 stars if not for the performance of Stella 1.0.

This robot does what it is told. I would not buy one without the base unit and disposal system. 3 months and we have not had to clean out the unit, friends without the tower have to clean their robot after every use. Needs ability to sync to multiple wifi points.

Bought this for my wife and she absolutely loves it. Already programmed to our house floorplan. At the push of a botton Vader is off doing his thing. Unit is a bit louder than I expexed, but since we normally run it on our way out not an issue for us.

I gave it as a gift but didn't help with the programming or start up. Luckily, the gift was accepted with appreciation. Except said was too expensive as a gift.

The vacuum does a good job, but it does take a while to”learn” your house. I like that it returns automatically to its base to empty the bag and recharge as needed, without any further input from us.

I really love it and for sure I gonna buy another one when It stop working

Excellent product. Worth the extra to get the upgraded version with smart mapping. Initial setup can be a bit time consuming but once completed works like a dream.

Very smart. It picks up dog hair and leaves that pets bring in. Have a grandson that’s starting to crawl so it keeps the floor clean. I can start at any time and use to clean different levels of the house. Great that it doesn’t go off steps or ledges.

This was bought as a gift, and our daughter loves it! She is very impressed by all of the options for programming. It is in a house with a dog and is doing a marvelous job.

I follow the instruction to set it up, and it is clear. Once the Robot Vacuum maps out the area, the user is able to set a cleaning schedule.

We have had this for almost a year. I love that the tower means I don't have to stop what I'm doing around the house to empty the unit several times when doing vacuuming 6 rooms. It takes a long time and is still more noisy than I'd like, but retains a charge much longer than our previous two Roomba units. We have two dogs and run the Roomba 2x a week, using our deep cleaning vaccum once a month or so. Since we've both been working from home during COVID-19, if one of us is on a Zoom call, we can deselect that office/room with the app to ensure it doesn't interfere with work. My only complaint is that it does cost a lot to replace the different filters and cleaning kits required for proper maintenance. I also leave replacing/cleaning kit installation to the more technically saavy hubby.

No more wasting 30 minutes with the vacuum, you can set it up to do it while youre gone if you dont like to having it working with you in,there, it takes 2 cycles to clean properly though

I love this little helper. It goes under furnitures and appliances. Can get stuck in uneven floor but overall it does a good job . Easy to clean and replacement parts are easy to find.

This is my first Roomba and I specifically went for this model because of its selling points, i.e. app controllable, self-charging, and automatic dirt disposal. It was initially tricky to set the scene for the roomba because if there is any potential obstacles on the floor Roomba will either stop or 'accidentally' eat it up. Once we got the hang of it, we managed to run it without a hitch, and now it is proving really useful and a huge time saver for my family! I like the fact that it will automatically go back to station to re-charge and start again from where it left off prior to charging. Since my house have a relatively large area per floor, it does require more than one charge to complete one floor, but since it is self charging it does not bother us too much. Smart map function is also really helpful once Roomba learns the geography of the house after training runs. I am planning to buy another one for our basement.

I got this vacuum right when our tree in the backyard started dropping leaves. It always makes a huge mess, especially with two dogs that track them into the house. This vacuum did a great job of keeping those all picked up, plus keeps the floors looking great in general. Does a fantastic job of getting hard floors cleaned, even in corners and under cabinets. Typically does fine on the carpet, but if there is too much dog hair it will leave rolled up clumps around. They are easy to grab and throw away and let me know that I should probably get the big vacuum out. The roomba vacuums the whole house every other day, really happy with it overall.

Best thing ever, we bought the 980 and immediatetly exchanged it for the !7. From auto cleaning to virtual walls and area cleaning selection; BEST THING everrrrrrrrrrrrrr, please don’t buy anything less than a i7 plus I was surprised that even my wife was ok with the purchase but the house was always dusty and now very clean, which makes her very happy........ I am even ok with my baby making a mess now since I know Bender, my roomba robot, won’t let me down. I forgot to mention, the bag are reusable a and usually empty it with my old vacuum. Lol

Review is nothing related to Best Buy. Review is towards iRobot . The unit worked great until right at the year mark. Continued to get the "reinstall the bin" error. The company did issue a new bin and it worked good for about 3 weeks, then same error. Company then issued a new cleaning module and same issue/error. They then asked me to pay $275 for it be shipped out to a company for the repair. I told them I was not paying additional $$ on top of the $400 we spent on it when it lasted just at a year. Additionally, we have LVP flooring, so its not like its abused or going over carpets. I would not recommend this product for use.

This vacuum is a lifesaver. I have a Pomeranian that sheds a bit, which is why I purchased the iRobot. It works great! I also love it because it goes under my bedroom furniture. My only complaint is that it is loud on my hardwood floors.

Love love love it. I want to buy Roomba for a long time since the first one. But I don’t like the idea of empty the unit too often. Due to household full of pet. When this model came it was like a dream come true. Very pricy. But worth it. I used it daily and no problem so far.
