We have a dog that seems to make an endless amount of hair. This definitely helps cut down on vacuuming. Only downside is it is loud when it runs.

We love that it maps our house and we can direct it to clean specific areas or the whole house. We also love the auto empty fiction, recharge and resume. We are disappointed that it doesn’t operate at night. Maybe roomba can add a light.

Y’all, I’ve wanted a Roomba for years. I just didn’t think the technology was there yet. If you are considering one of these amazing machines, wait no more! This 7+ is sleek, quiet, and the carpet beneath our beds has never been so clean! This is, hands down, the best Christmas gift I’ve ever received. Having one of these allows us to complete the usual housework, choose the rooms we want vacuumed, then walk out. When we return, the house is gleaming. Download the Roomba app, and turn on the Smart Mapping Technology. We strongly recommend using the Train option, which allows Roomba to learn the layout of your home. Allow it whatever time it needs. It’s time well spent. Excellent for both hardwoods and carpet, the iRoomba 7+ gives you the gift of more time back in your busy day. Don’t hesitate. It’s the gift that keeps on giving!

Its a really nice, quality experience when you set it up. It maps out your home, and cleans very well. The clean base is a must have if you have pets and don't want to have to dump the robots canister for every room. It also works with the Braava Jet M6 and will let it know when vacuuming is done so the mop can start. I'd say the worst part of the vacuum is no lidar guidance (only camera), so you'll need to pick up socks, toys, etc before it cleans. The clean base is VERY loud like the vacuum at a car wash when it runs (not kidding), so place it somewhere it won't bother you. I bought mine on sale, so I definitely feel it was worth it. I don't know if I'd pay full price, though.

Works fine…until it doesnt. Purchased it in late Jan. The vacuum will not seed properly all of the time, which means it wont charge. So when you think its scheduled to start, it cant because there is no charge. They replaced the battery and the base and there is still an issue. It is now going back for “repair”. The would not just issue me a new one.

If you know you’re not going to vacuum, this is the vacuum for you because it does all the work for you. You can schedule the vacuum to go clean every day and it will return to base empty itself and recharge for the next day.

The Roomba works great but I gave it four stars because the iRobot customer support is frustrating. Our Roomba suddenly stopped working about 3 months after we bought it because iRobot installed a software update that disabled it. It took several weeks and multiple phone calls to resolve the issue. Most frustrating was the fact that iRobot would not initially agree to replace our nonfunctioning unit because we bought it at Best Buy instead of from iRobot directly. Very poor customer relations for such an expensive item. Ultimately everything worked out, but the time and uncertainty took its toll.

I love this Roomba! It is quieter than the previous model and I really like the fact that it empties itself! I also love that I can select specific rooms for it to clean. And...most of all...it does a great job of cleaning! I highly recommend it!

I had tried a regular iRobot Roomba lower level with no tech in it. It would get stuck all the time at spots around the house. This one has been amazing! Not emptying the bin is also life changing. I have two dogs, so the regular roomba would get full and need me to get dust and dirt everywhere trying to empty it couple times per cleaning job. This Roomba, I hit clean and it completes the whole house, emptying itself as needed. This is one of the best quality of life purchases I have made this year. I am also now starting the mapping process, so I can have it clean certain rooms for touch ups between cleanings. I would recommend the extra money for the bin emptying ability.

This vacuum is great. It mapped out my home pretty well and being able to direct it to specific rooms is fantastic. I have 3 dogs, one of which sheds pretty bad and this thing keeps my house clean and free of hair.

I have a husky that sheds year round and this is one of the best purchased I’ve made at Best Buy!!! I highly recommend it, worth the price! The only thing is I wish the disposable trash bags were cheaper they’re quite pricey

I have a really hair dog and this vacuum put in work with him. I like the app features and how it connects to Alexa. And I like that it can empty itself because the vacuum has to return a time or two to complete the whole house.

We have all tile floors downstairs except for my office which is carpet. I have the Roomba sweep every morning at 3am, along with turning on some lights to help it see a little better. It makes are floors perfect. Even our 5 and 10 year old notice. The one time a week I open my office door and let it go clean the carpet it leaves perfect lines. It cleans over mats in our 1/2 bath without problem and make them look great. It adapts to our Christmas tree and anything else left behind. It's plain awesome!

The vacuum is great except the trash bin. It wants you to purchase disposable ones. Also Irobot hasnt reviewed my application. so Four stars

We’ve named ours Jarvis and let me tell you, this guy will change your life. He doesn’t argue, doesn’t ask for a raise and does his job. Jarvis is one of three butlers who handle the floor care of our home, but he’s definitely the most tech savvy one. (With three dogs and a toddler, we need all the help we can get) I love how I can set schedules, no go zones and how I can even tell Jim to go vacuum a specific area in the house (which usually ends up being the kitchen or dining room). Plus he hooks up to my Google homes so all I have to do is tell Google to have Jarvis vacuum and off he goes! 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a little bit more sanity and a lot more free time

I love it. I had the roomba 960. Upgraded!!! Loveeeee that it empties itself. So much nicer for it clean, empty, recharge and complete the cycle all on its own. Pricey but sooooooo worth it. My own little maid.

I owned a previous model of a Roomba but bought this because of the self emptying capability. This did such a better job and I don’t have to empty the little tray. Great machine

We purchased this to provide a daily clean up of dog hair from our two Golden Retrievers. It does a great job at picking things up and cleaning our entire first floor before returning to its base to offload and recharge. It does get stuck from time-to-time, usually in tight spots between furniture, but otherwise gets around pretty well. It isn't quiet, but not really that much louder than someone running a standard vacuum; the offload at the docking station sounds like a Shop Vac, though. So far, the only negative is the disposable bag in the docking station as it's relatively small, fills up quickly and must be replaced (can't empty & reuse). If it wasn't so expensive, we would buy another! Overall, a decent product that we would recommend to others.

We moved to a new house recently which has quite a large floorplan (all hard surface). We have two cats that don't shed much, but it's not uncommon for them to track some litter around. So keeping the floors vacuumed daily is necessary. I've always looked at the Roomba as like "pshhh, lazy people". I was wrong. This is a great investment! Moving during the pandemic, getting furniture proved difficult, so our layout is not quite finalized which causes me to have to remap every once in a while as things keep moving. I would also like to set up automatic runs, but haven't done that yet with the cats sometimes leaving toys around. Very happy with this purchase!
