I bought this to help keep the house at an acceptable level. Without it and having a Golden Retriever meant tumbleweeds of hair rolling through the house. My house consist of all hard surface floors with area rugs though out. Now I never see dog hair with the exception of my area rugs. What happens is with the dryness of winter and static in the house, dog hair can sometimes attach itself to a rug in the form of little rolls of hair. I can tell the vacuum is hitting those areas but the static is more powerful than the suction causing it to roll in the wheels but not get picked up. I still recommend this as I rarely need to pull out the big vac to clean.

Honestly it's expensive but I have dark, almost black hardwoods and they show every speck of dirt. This guy runs every Monday - Friday when I'm out, and I've hidden it behind a chair. It will get stuck on some stupid crap until it fully learns your home, and you give it "no zones". I had the version that you had to empty the actual machine, and that was annoying. I also have a dog, and that proves to not be an issue with picking up her hair. Bonus points for being able to give it a name. It's always nice to get a push alert that (your sister, enemy, ex, boss) just finished cleaning your floors.

works really good but its loud sometimes. I let it map my house first two days. for some reason, it running brush too when its mapping.

Poor, It only worked well for the first month. When I tried to return the item, it was too late because it's only allowed for 30 days. Its browser is very poor. It's very clumsy and crashes on everything. I have to clean the sensors daily.

We initially had purchased robot vac from a different manufacturer. It was a bit more expensive and had better specs..for example, it had Lidar, more suction, larger beater brush etc. Basically, it didn't work. Would back out of the dock... clean for a while then get confused and need to be manually brought back to the base. Couldn't get a full cleaning run on our 3200 sq ft house over 2 weeks. Worked with etc support, firmware updates etc. We returned it and got the i7+ with the vacuum base. Net/net.. this works flawlessly, right from the first time set up. I was not keen to pay for the additional vacuum base with the bag, but happy we got it. Definitely recommend the product.

These vacuums have come such a long way! I did some extensive research before investing in one of these and decided to go with this one and we couldn’t be happier! We have a German Shepherd who sheds like crazy and this this picks up every bit of her hair. We use it every single day and it has been such a lifesaver. The replacement parts do cost a bit more money than I’d like to pay but it’s worth it and you don’t necessarily have to change them that often (if you aren’t using it everyday like we do). I highly recommend this vacuum. You can even use your echo dot to control it and tell it where to clean which is great.

The technology of this product is much better then a older one i had. It does not get stuck as easy and it is nice having it empty it self.

Set up was pretty easy and after its initial "training" it works great. Negotiates furniture and corners. I am really impressed. It's way better than sweeping our laminate flooring 3x a day.

Great purchase, just what we needed for daily clean up. I like that you can program it to do individual rooms or the entire house. Glad we made this purchase

I upgraded from an older roomba And the mapping capabilities and scheduling of this one are unbelievable. It’s doing a great job keeping my house clean and rarely gets stuck.

Seriously, this out performs my dyson not to mention you only have to push a bottom or program! Hardwood, carpet, and tile no more dog hair! Love this vacuum system, worth every penny!

This vacuum cleaner works great and it is very good at picking up the dog hair from our 2 dogs! It can easily be commanded by an app or Alexa.

This has been the best purchase I've made in a long time. I don't spend hours vacuuming now and it saves me hours of time

I purchased the i7+and M6 as a bundle during cyber week. So far, I’ve been pleased with the performance of both devices. Although I do still need to vacuum occasionally with my Dyson, the i7+ has cut down on the frequency to once a week from nightly. The app is easy to use and integrated nicely with Alexa. As others have pointed out, the automatic bin empty sounds like a jet taking off so it would be best to schedule during the day. I have two maps configured, one for upstairs and one for downstairs. I simply pick up the robot and base and move to the basement when needed to clean down there.

This Roomba replaces my first Roomba purchased 5 years ago which is now used at my other home. I also own a Brava mopper. This version is much quieter than my first Roomba and is pretty efficient and capable. It does not get hung up on areas in my house that were problematic for my other Roomba. However, I use both 2.4 ghz & 5 ghz in my home Wi-Fi. The device is supposedly capable of using both frequencies, but when my cell phone is connected at 5ghz I cannot connect to the device. During setup I had to disable 5ghz just to get it to connected to the app.

I've had my Roborock S5 for a year and still love it till this day but recently moved into a 2 story house and needed something for downstairs. Despite what people say and trash Roomba because of the pricing, it's worth every penny! I wish the app had real time tracking to see what areas the Roomba cleaned but other than that. It's tons better than my Roborock S5, it's not scared to go over dark rugs and the dirt sensor is a neat feature. My only downside is you can't have it clean during the night because it uses cameras that needs light to have it properly clean or else it'll tell you that it needs more lighting and go back to the dock.

This roomba is absolutely worthless. Half of the time it cannot find its way back to the dock, the other half of the time it's getting itself stuck in a corner and the remaining part of the time it's not charging correctly while on the dock.

Very impressed with Roomba 7+. Cleans surprisingly well. Can map entire house (2 floors) and control from wi-fi device. Charges and empties by itself.

Super impressed with this product. I initially purchased the comparable Shark model and ended up returning it because it just didn't do a good enough job of cleaning my hardwood floors and the AI left a lot to be desired. The Roomba i7 learned my house in 2 runs and is very efficient and fast at cleaning (even during the learning phase) and the noise level is reasonable (I can still watch TV, but do have to turn the volume up!). It does a very good job of cleaning even getting the dust and fine dirt my dogs track in and all over my hardwood floors. Seems to handle all the dog hair too and, so far, no tangles or troubles. Very happy with this purchase!
