I really doubted my sanity for spending this much on a techie thing since I am not techie at all. But, I went for it anyway thinking when I couldn't figure it out I would call in a professional. Amazingly enough it was so easy even I could do it. (Still can't figure out my cell phone.) I just let it do it's thing, crossed my fingers, shut my bedroom door and went to bed. Wow, it worked!! No hassles so far. I even left some secret test dirt which it found!! I had a Roomba before (drowned after a pipe burst when we were out of town), It was good on carpet but not tile. This one is great on all. So far GREAT!!

This is perfect for a brand new house and also easy mapping to remember where to go. The best on the market no issues. Great for owners with pets

Robot works well; the trackinhg is perfect. Couldnt be happier happier with the purchase.

Somewhat pricier than other models but has been better overall. Does not get stuck as much, easier to clean parts and self emptying is very convenient.

Wow are we impressed with this little robot. Setup was effortless - had to put in our WiFi password & install an app. Within a few days he had both floors of our house mapped out. I customized the maps right on my phone and now every other day my house gets vacuumed. If his battery gets low, he charges himself & continues. If his dustbin gets full he goes and empties it and continues. He vacuums under the beds, under the hutch, under everything ! We have named him Marcel and he is our very best friend. SO happy that I will rarely if ever have to pick up a vacuum cleaner again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great vaccum. I have bought and returned 2 other brands but this one is the bomb. Our house is 3 levels and it maps great, does a fabulous job

This Roomba is great. It mapped out everything and even cleans under the bed. The self emptying bin is wonderful too. No problems at all so far.

I love this thing. It’s very efficient and effective. The only drawback is that you do have to move things out of the way that you don’t want it to vacuum up. I have a furry cat and it does a good job with fur but occasionally I’ll find wadded up tufts of fur that I guess got caught in the wheels and it spit out but it’s easy to pick them up and it shows how much stuff it sucks up. I’m still working on the mapping features but so far, I love having this little helper for days when I’m too tired to vacuum. I think it helps psychologically to see something cleaning in this friggin’ house besides me ;).

This vacuum is wonderful. I have a 980 as well and this is night and day difference. While it doesn't have the two stage vacuum as the 980 the automatic emptying is game changer and it is smarter. You don't realize how often you have to empty your vacuum if you have two dogs and this feature has changed how I view this vacuum. You also don't realize how important it is for the vacuum to remember the room, it efficiently cleans the entire space/rooms with the app. Pros: Cleaning schedule Automatic emptying of the bin Quiet Cons: Pricey corners still need cleaning

We had a few issues with the first one we had, so I returned it for another one. Sadly, the second one had a totally different issue, and we ended up contacting iRobot and they sent us ANOTHER one. They claimed that they have been seeing a lot of these issues due to the way some retailers store and transport their products. We haven't had any issues with the one we got from them. So, long story short, when it works, it's great.

I like that it gets under some of the furniture. We have mostly wood and tile floors. We have some area rugs and the roomba just does not clean it worth a darn. I have to go get the real vacuum if I want the rug to look clean. Also it seems to have trouble docking sometimes. It seemed to start happening after a software update. Overall, I think it is a neat concept. I just wish it worked a little better.

I absolutely LOVE my vacuum. I have 3 golden retrievers and it picks up all the fur everyday!

Great edition for our new hard wood floors! Keeps the dust and dog hair cleaned up everyday!

Vacuum is such a time saver . Able to clean other parts of house while it cleaning my floor. Does a good job and not loud as the reviews said. Love it.

Rosie has been a great addition to our family. We have two dogs, one of which is a lab, and boy do they leave their magical fibers of joy everywhere. Rosie cleans half of the house one day and the other half the next. Since she joined us the house is kept very clean and the level of dust on everything in general has been reduced. She has only gotten caught on some loose cable once and tends to push light bathroom rugs around, so be sure to keep those out of her way. Otherwise she navigates very well, and does an excellent job. Zero complaints.

Absolutely love this machine. I bought the i9+ first (albeit from a different store) because it could also get corners better "supposedly" hahaha not very well... So I decided to downgrade to i7+, This machine is so much better, it gets corners better and it seems to vacuum more than it's successor. You would think with 40% more suction it would do better, nope the i7 did better. I'm so glad we've switched and got this one at Best Buy, it is so worth it!

Oh my gosh, this is better than I dreamed or imagined. I have 2 large dogs that shed, and a very large kitchen level with a wood floor. It was highly recommended that I buy the Roomba with the Automatic Dirt Disposal and Charge, and I'm really glad I did. This thing really works! It's incredible! I have company coming tomorrow, I'll hit clean on my phone, my robot will clean the whole level, while I'm busy dusting and cleaning bathrooms. I absolutely love it! Makes my life easier, saves me time, and does a great job!

It worked awesome for 6 months. Now vacuumed suction doesn’t work. Does not run as scheduled. We have rebooted over and over. I could have bought awesome vacuum cleaner for the cost of this junk

Great product. Shipping was not good. Original box was torn up. It was not double boxed.
