I have no issues with this device. It actually performs above what I expected. This is a great buy if your looking to expand your monitors.

Very helpful piece of equipment , we have been using it now for several months and we are very happy with the performance, easy set up!

I use multiple monitors to work from home. The last time I tried to boot up, I could not sync the monitors. I went to Best Buy and explained my problem to the sales person. He was very familiar with the situation and showed me the adapter. I took it home and plugged it in and magic! Everything worked perfectly. Best Buy to the rescue again.

It is very simple to use. Plug and play. Works great.

Extremely easy to set up and use. It works exactly how you would expect it to. The only knock against it is that occasionally only one of my screens will work. I haven’t been able to sort out what triggers it, I am able to get it working correctly again just by unplugging it and replugging it back in. It’s a slight annoyance for everything right this device does.

I was worried when I first used this item to plug in my dual screens into as I was looking at black monitor screen. Seemed to take a while to read that it was 2 screens. I just had to be patient. One I hooked it up, I simply rebooted the pc and allowed time for the device to kick in, so to speak. Once it took, wow, the picture quality is great. Never easier to set up a dual screen work station at home with this little guy. Totally was expecting it to be harder or to have to call IT. So glad they make/sell these gadgets for ppl like me!

I bought this to have dual monitors on my Razer Blade 14 early 2016 with the 970M graphics card. I have not tried both ports since it works perfectly using the existing HDMI and the high speed HDMI on this adapter. I am now running dual 32" 1440p monitors at 60hz with no issues.

Very easy to use for extension of multiple screens from the laptop or computer.

I have become a real fan of J5 Create! I plugged this in with the cables I bought and it fired up my monitors instantly. No issues!

Expensive but worth it if you just want it to do what you need it to. There are cheaper options out there, but like I said they come with more set up and maybe working maybe not. This was just what I was looking for after exhausting my options on how to use my dual monitors with my PC.

So some laptops don't have the ability to output picture over the usbc for dual monitors. so you need this little gem. There are some very expensive options but this one was just right.

Working from home due to Covid... missed having 2 large monitors for all the applications needed for work. This connector allowed me to add two monitors (plus the laptop screen) so I can have everything open at once. Really streamlined my productivity.

This was a great product to get if you need to do more that one thing at a time. I used it with some old tv and it works great. Get more done with less time. Might take a little to get used to put what doesn't.
