The speaker itself is perfect singly. Pairing up in stereo sound to an android smartphone worked just fine. Battery life is good, charges quickly. Good quality sound for a small inexpensive speaker. Not bad in theory, I just had some issues that might happen to other people depending on what they are trying to stereo pair their set of speakers to... Personal Issues with product: Stereo option with left/right speakers is needlessly irritating and difficult to configure. Firstly, there is a very faint set of numbers on the bottom of the speaker, and both speakers have to have EXACTLY the same numbers on them. No one tells you this. Not the packaging, nor the store assistants when you ask them. If you don't have the exact same numbers, they will not pair together. (See attached pic for the #'s i'm talking about) Secondly, If you are trying to stereo pair speakers with a Macbook Pro (2012), you will have almost endless difficulty. They will pair up fine occasionally, but the rest of the time you'll have to try over and over again. I give up after half an hour of trying.

I keep it at low volume when I'm at work; I blare it when my five-year-old sings- ...yells along. I haven't needed to charge it since I purchased it yesterday morning. I like the unobtrusive, sleek gray look; it sits right on my desk without drawing attention to itself. The highs are satisfactory, vocals are very clear, but lows aren't really there. There's a nice mid-range punch (which is a decent replacement for a low punch). I'm very satisfied with this purchase and will be buying a second one for the stereo feature.

Good price. Good sound. Easy to use. Good looking. Get comments when at pool. Talking to employees about the JAM they all say JAM is the one they own and recommend. This is the second one I bought. First one for my boyfriend. So I had to have one too.

Battery life great..... Last at least 5hrs. Easy to pair with any device. Well worth the money and then some.

The Jam speaker is great for my classroom. While I am working with a small groups, the other students can be on the headphones and enjoy hearing with great sound from The Jam speaker.

I took the boom box to a family get together everyone wants one. The product (Jam Plus) sold itself - I did not need to recommend it.

The compact size of the product makes it great for on the go. Was easy to set up too. Couldn't believe how loud it was. Definitely happy with the speaker and will soon buy another to match. It brings me and my music loud and direct. Lol..

I got my 1st as a deal of the day and bought a second a regular price because I was so impressed with the performance of these speakers.

Doesn't pair with other Jams unless it's the same exact model. I purchased my first Jam in September and liked it enough to buy a second speaker. I purchased the second one a month later and it could not pair to the first Jam. I'm not happy about that ! The sound is pretty good at best.

It does put out sound but not enough to meet my needs.

I highly recommend the Jam Plus wireless speaker to anyone looking for a bluetooth enabled speaker. I use it with my Iphone. Set up was so easy. Sound is fantastic. I can play it fairly loud and there's no distortion. The 360 sound fills a large room. I thought about purchasing a second Jam Plus, but once I heard the volume and clarity of my single Jam Plus, I'm happy with just one speaker. I'm looking forward to taking it with us on our next trip. If you're a casual listener of music, and you want a great mobile wireless speaker at a very reasonable price, this is the one for you!

Very good for use in an area where there is not a lot of other noises. Great sound for the size, but not a boomer. It could be slightly louder and have a bolder sound. Great for the price. Pairing two jam speakers together may take care of volume issues. But, easy to set-up, easy to use, and fun to have. Also, lightweight and portability a plus.

I purchased this for my wife using a few reward cards that were about to expire from best buy. We typically listen to music when getting ready for work or going out so we've placed this in the bathroom with a permanent tether to the wall to keep the battery from dying. As for the battery, the few times we've used it, it seemed like we got a solid 8 hours out of it. Hard to say because of the occasional use, but It didn't seem like we were constantly charging it. Now for the sound. For such a small package and price, it does produce some good sound. Now don't get me wrong, this isn't going to replace your homes surround sound, but if your doing some work in the house, you can take it room to room, or just crank it up and enjoy it somewhere in the middle. We typically sit it in our living room and it can be heard all throughout our small home. For the price and what it's designed to be used for, I would reccomend this. My only suggestion, and not worth docking a star, but it wouldn't cost too much to put an LED battery indicator.

These pack quite a punch for the size and the money. Two of these together can be mated for true stereo, and blow the doors off of a $200 unit that I had previously. Fortunately I picked that one up on trade, if I had paid $200 for that I would be sick after hearing these. I actually got these on sale at half price, but they are worth full price, to be honest, a pair for $100 would still be a great deal, but that only runs $80 even if not on sale. Not only are these loud, but the sound quality is also crisp. The balance is very good as they pack good bass, but the highs and mids are still crisp and clear. If you can swing it please buy 2 of these and run stereo. Yes the loud welcome voice that cannot be turned off isn't optimal, but it is a small price to pay to get this kind of sound at this value in such a convenient package. Don't pay a ton for the name brands, buy these and enjoy.

Works great, can be played very loud without much distortion and runs for a long time on a charge. If that were it I wold have given the unit 5 stars, BUT... I did have an issue with one of these after about four months the charging port wouldn't work anymore unless it had some upward pressure on it at the point where it plugged in, I thought that might have been a one off issue, but I have heard several others say the same thing - there goes one star. There is also an issue with Bluetooth Sync'ing it to more than one device. When you first get it the speaker will easily sync to the first device you try with. After that good luck and there are no instructions on how to sync it again to something else. Oops there goes another star for leaving that info out. Luckily for those who read this the instructions are below. In order to get it to sync with another device you have to press the play/pause button until the blue LED flashes fast and then you can sync it to another device. To switch from one device to another the speaker will sync with which ever one is in range first when it is turned on. You can turn off bluetooth on one device and turn it on with another previously sync'd device and it will connect to the second one automatically. It will switch back and forth between any devices it was ever sync'd with as you turn on and off Bluetooth on those devices, but obviously it can only sync itself to one device at a time.

This small bluetooth speaker might be small (fits perfectly in your hand), but the output is loud and clear. The instructions didn't really show you how to sync 2 speakers together, but if you call their customer support, their will be a specialist there to help you step-by-step. What I found out is the dual speaker connectivity only works with my smartphone, but not desktop (which has bluetooth capability). At least for my case, the music sound coming from the desktop will be delay with lots of background noises and pauses. Regardless, for the money, still a great bluetooth speaker!

Bought two of these for my kitchen and they sound great. Good for smaller rooms like a kitchen, bedroom, dorm...etc. I also take them outside while I'm grilling. I liked them so much I bough each of my daughters one for their dorm room. You really only need one. I like the stereo sound so I bought two. They are easy to pair with my galaxy S 5.The only complaint I have like others is that the recharging cord is too small. You have to set the speaker on something to get it high enough for the cord to reach an outlet. I would highly recommend this speaker if you are looking for something small and portable.

I bought this for my son who's 9 so he could stream his music from his mp3 player around the house or wherever he wants to go. I wanted something not too expensive in case it gets dropped or lost but at the same time I didn't want something that sounded so bad I couldn't stand to hear it. This was a decent compromise. It's easy to set up and use and has moderate volume without going too loud. Sound quality is reasonable for the price.

I had literally worn my first one out & I didn't hesitate to buy another. I love music when I'm working in the house or yard. These are excellent. Considering​ the price the sound, range, base to treble balance is all great. I'm equally impressed with the battery time. I've ran it well over the time the package says. I actually decided to buy 2 this time. A single speaker can be set to mono with 2 being set L or R. Now I have sound everywhere I'm working in the house or yard.
