This is a great phone for a person with eyesight issues. Has large high contrast display. More importantly cust service is friendly and speaks english.

I purchased this phone for my mother, who is in her 80s. She previously had basic phones through AT&T, but her phone recently died. This phone has just the right features that she wants without all the extras that just confused her on her old phones. She is very happy with her new Jitterbug and that makes me very happy!

I was having trouble finding a phone my 86 year Mother liked until this one...reception seems better than the other phones I bought her and the key pad is large enough for her to use with out trouble...she seems to really like it so you can not get a better review than that...

Got this for my 88 year old mother. It was easy to activate and setup. It was really easy to get her up to speed and using the phone.

90yr old Mom has hearing aids in both ears, almost deaf when she takes them out. Says she doesn't have to take out hearing aids to talk on this phone and she can hear better on it than on any phone in the house!

Phone was purchased for my mother-in-law at her request. She had another phone in the past but was unsatisfied. This has worked well with the preloaded phone numbers and direct dialing. She is happy so far!
