Nice heavy weight with a thick protective edge. The wife is VERY clumsy and drops her phone all the time, this case has without a shadow-of-a-doubt saved her screen numerous times!

Doesn't real keep your phone protected, dropped my phone and it came out the case and the writing on the back has worn off and it's not even a month old

This case is not the norm as Kate Spade cases go. VERY sturdy, and a very thick case. It does add weight to your phone. It is all one piece, with the back being a hard plastic, the front outer edge being a rubber. I've had my case for two weeks now and it still looks great--I get a lot of compliments on it.

Kate spade cases are usually very nice, good quality. This one fell short of that. The case had a dent in it at the bottom, the side with the volume controls had extra plastic hanging over the side which was sharp, also the back of the case has glue run off on it. Just looks like they didn't check this case for imperfections. The case was also extra thick. Not what I am used to with Kate spade. It is not a complete case, the bottom is cut out for the speaker and headphone jack. I prefer cases that cover the bottom and just have the individual cut outs. It's going back and I won't purchase this style again.
