The unit was easy to install and works very well for its size, especially since it is cooling 2 rooms -- with the help of 2 ceiling fans. It's remarkably quiet; you have to listen closely to tell whether the compressor is running or not. The remote is sophisticated but works well for the few features I actually use. I like being able to tell the temperature wherever I am in the apartment. I've only been using the unit for 1 month, but if it continues to work this well, I'll buy Keystone again!

the ac was easy to install...the instructions could have been clearer and it is a little loud ..but it does have a sleep mode that quiets it a bit. The most important thing is it gets bedroom cool at a good price

Overall, satisfied. Like the remote and all the different features, including the energy saver.

Over all was easy to put in. When set on cool does a nice job of keeping large room comfortable. Have not got electrical bill yet so not sure how much energy it uses. For noise it is what I expected. You Can have a conversation seated close by. And I can hear the TV just fine.

Air condition is quieter than most and works well in apartment settings

Love my new air conditioner. Great value for the price. The energy saver feature is wonderful. Unit is a little noisy, but I haven't had one that isn't. However, it does have a sleep feature that does help with the noise.

Have only used the unit a few times when it got hot enough in the NE, but it worked GREAT!

Time between order placement and arrival was only one week. Works great, isn't too loud. Easy to install. Totally satisfied.

bought two units one for upstairs and one for downstairs and what a relief i'm happy

This is our second keystone ac. Very happy with first. To me, it's top of the line for the price.

good value lowest price room air with remote control

Cools good. controls good but the howl of the fan makes it hard to watch tv.

I bought this a few weeks ago in anticipation of a nasty summer. Installation was fairly easy. My old air conditioner was 60 pounds, so this 40-pound unit was very attractive for the weight alone. I haven't used it much yet, but I can tell you that the remote control needs a redesign. The buttons glow in the dark, which is wonderful, but the text that tells you what the buttons are for is not lit, so that's not helpful. You have about 8 buttons glowing at you and you still need to turn on a light to figure out what they do. The remote's screen lights up if you press a button, so that's also helpful, but it would still be nice if the remote was redesigned. Minor annoyance, but worth mentioning. The unit is doing a good job of cooling my small bedroom on this hot day and I don't find it very noisy. To give you something to compare it to, I used a decibel app on my phone and got a reading at my office (40 decibels, took a reading with my bathroom vent fan on 55 decibels and then took a reading today with the air conditioner hard at work 50 decibels). It's quieter than my bathroom vent fan! So, unless you need to have absolute silence when you sleep, you should be able to work with this air conditioner. Like I said, I haven't used this much yet, but if it continues to work this well, I will certainly purchase this brand again.

This was much needed specially because of the latest heat wave. This unit cools my room very quickly. settings are very easy to use. I have this unit in a 10 X 8 room and yes it is way more than enough. It keeps us very comfortable.

This is very cooling, has great features, is quiet, and an Energy Saver! Love it!

This small AC is a good bang for your money, easy to install, great features , cools a small room on point. One Con was it gives this humming sound that could get annoying at times usually when sleeping

I am very pleased with how quickly my apartment is cooled with the ac unit. I feel that it is pretty quiet; while I would prefer it to be quieter I feel that it is inevitable that ac units will make noise, and this unit does not make a lot. Very great price for the quality and value.
