I love this mixer it it does lots of things that I needed to do

Excellent for making homemade cakes. Easy to use with an amazing color that looks great on my kitchen counter. Attachments are easy-to-use and save you time in the kitchen.

If you're set on a stand mixer, should you buy this one? Maybe. It's not designed for huge amounts of heavy dough or constant use. It's built well, but it's not an industrial machine. It audibly strains and thumps with a double helping of cookie dough (around 25 oz of flour) and while kneading wet, thick pizza dough. With that sort of load, there's no speed difference between setting 6 and 10, though of course you'd only knead at setting 2 anyway

I bought this to replace an 18 year old kitchenaid mixer which was used in a commercial setting! You can't go wrong with these... You get what you pay for! Not always the case but this is one of those cases were name brand is a must.

i ordered this for my wife as a christmas present, she had been hinting all year about it, found best buy to have the best deal around. ordered and received in almost record time, took only three days to arrive. opened to make sure all was good inside and was very happy with product plugged in to test it out and ran perfect was very impressed with the power it had.

I purchased an Artisan mixer for my mother years ago and it has held up spectacularly after 7 years of continuous use. This Christmas I decided to buy this Classic model for my girlfriend who is getting back into baking again. She loves the look of the mixer, the sturdiness and the power of it. It does all of the work as she adds ingredients. Even though this isn't the Artisan model, it has a great deal of power (good enough to make fresh bread and pastries). In fact, if my girlfriend did need more power we'd probably skip the Artisan model altogether and get a professional series mixer (though this is unlikely at this time). If you're on the fence about getting the Artisan model and justifying the cost and you can deal with a limited color selection them you should start with this mixer. You won't be disappointed.

I bought this Kitchen Aid for my auntie as a Christmas gift and my mum told me she loved to bake which is funny cause already purchased this product after hearing the story. My aunt loved the gift & she was so happy. She informed me that she would definitely start baking again which is beautiful thing. I would definitely recommend for anyone who likes to cook or bake.

This is a great product especially for cooking. I use it alot for baking and it is a lot better than the other mixers i have used in the pass. The only thing is that it is quite heavy which is no problem for me, but my mom and sister cannot handle the weight.

We got this mixer and we use it all the time. The price was great, this is something we will use it all the time. Very easy to use. Very elegante.

This is just what I have been waiting years to get for myself. However, I had a Mixmaster that I purchased over thirty years ago and could not justify buying something new as long as it still worked. Everyone I know that owns a KitchenAid absolutely raves about it including my grandson-in-law who is a chef. I purchased one for he and my granddaughter as a shower gift when they married a few years ago and over the years I have purchased different attachments for them so that he can show off his skills.

I got this for my other half for Christmas. At first she didn't like the idea because she thought I just wanted her to cook, LOL. Now, she uses this thing about twice a week making anything and everything she can think of. She absolutely loves it. This thing has plowed through just about anything she can throw at it. It is a lot of money for a mixer but this thing is definitely worth it. I expect it to run for another 15 to 20 years. Love Kitchenaid.

Love it! We have the stainless steel mixer with 4.5 quart bowl. Easy to set up and use (but fairly heavy - good and bad - it won't slide off the counter but it is hard to move so plan on keeping it handy). Looks very nice (we keep it on the counter) and cleans up easily (just wipe down the mixer and hand wash/dry the bowl). It is really nice that the top of the mixer tilts so we can add more ingredients that way if we need to or just add while the mixer is mixing. Would buy again! Made one cake so far but we'll be making many more!

Got this mixer before the holidays and it made all of our cooking so much easier. The ease to use this and the attachments have made this a regular staple in our cooking prep!

I've had a KitchenAid stand mixer for about 20+ years, and the only issue I have had with that one was oil from the motor area always seeps out and I have to watch to make sure it doesn't drip into the bowl when I'm mixing. Other than that, it is a great machine. I bought a new ClassicPlus stand mixer for our CO home and when I opened it and saw the difference in quality, I was disappointed. First off, the included wire whip had a broken tine which made it unusable; and the material it is made of is nothing like the stainless steel of my older one. This wire whip is lighter, flimsy and cheap feeling by comparison. I called KitchenAid, and they will be sending a replacement whip. Secondly, the bowl is lighter weight and does not have an attached handle like my older unit. Third, the base of the stand mixer itself is a lighter, cheaper feeling metal than the older unit. I'd like to say that KitchenAid has maintained it's standards over the years, but sadly I do not feel this is so. It seems they have gone over to cheaper materials on some fronts to cut costs.

Very handy, Only thing is that Bowl is not glass. You have to buy it separate from the mixer. The motor is Little noisy.

price was better here than anywhere else. Great mixer. Got it for mixing cakes and cookies. Also great to make whipped cream.

Have had 2 in the last 20 years. Nothing was wrong withthe first one. I just wanted a different color and more power. The old one was gifted to my daughter. This one is a wedding gift. Can't complain about anything with this one or the others. The tilt stand I use now is great. The tilt head mixer is/was a workhorse. No lack in power. So I can assure anyone this one will preform just as good or if not better than my older version.

We use it atleast 4 to 5 days a week and it is very easy to use and takes all the hard work of making different batters.

I love my new mixer its the best gift ever . It makes baking so easy and fun now !!!! I look forward to baking now!
