Honestly it felt more like a slow tablet than a laptop. It shut off one day and has never came back on. I have googled and tried everything.

She gets the best of both worlds with this. She can use it in computer mode to go to educational sites and she can fold it over like a tablet and play apps from the Google play store. It seems pretty durable. She’s dropped it a few times with no issues. It’s not as nice as my other children’s dell chromebook but it’s perfect for a 3yo.

Not sure, if it is an issue with this device or we have received a faulty product but planning to reachout to Best Buy for support! Other than this it has been working well and would recommend this product!

But now that it is part of my online experience, it shines thru. My only departure is that I can't use the apps that I'm used to from Win10. But it's the go-to laptop when everything else crashes. Works perfect. If you don't need what they don't run, you're fine. High quality from this one. I absolutely recommend this product. As long as you know what you're getting.
