We have only been using this fridge for a few days. I love the double ice maker, love the size of the ice cubes, love the fact that the water comes from a small spout that you can see so you are sure to line up your glass or water bottle and not miss. The counter depth makes our kitchen flow so much better and food doesn’t get lost in the very back of the fridge. It is a little hard to get stuff out of the deep door storage area, but that’s pretty minor. So far, we are very happy. Hoping it lasts for several years!! That will be the true test. Including pic of unfinished kitchen.

This is a fantastic refrigerator. The ice maker makes lots of ice and items are cold. The interior is very spacious for being a counter depth. I bought this on sale and highly recommend you take advantage of a sale on this item. I like the new water dispenser that LG designed.

We love our new refrigerator. Love the slide out drawers in freezer. With the three shelves and extra space for ice. Love the French door and ultimate storage on the top and the water and ice dispenser work great. The fridge looks sharp in our kitchen.

Live this refrigerator. Counter depth was just what we needed, we didnt consider that it would be sitting in a corner space though so we had to pull out a bit so the door can open. Beautiful, well arranged. The ice maker in the door was a nice change but the big surprise was that it dumps ice in the lower compartment into a tray. Plus, its really beautiful!

This cabinet depth black stainless steel LG refrigerator looks spectacular in our kitchen... our family uses a lot of ice and having dual Ice cube makers ... one in the refrigerator door and the other in the freezer section ensures that we'll always have ice on hand... The only downside is that a cabinet depth LG refrigerator costs about 30% more than a regular size one of a comprable size

Well, my wife was right. I wasn't sure about the french door design, but we actually seem to have a lot more room and better organization. More importantly, she is happy. Though, if they tell you you have to buy this new waterline to replace your old soft copper line, tell them to "Stick it". It made my ice and water taste like I was drinking through a garden hose. I reattached the soft copper line again and it was much better.

I originally brought the LG Courter depth knock knock fridge and hated it right away. It was just to small inside and the freezer wasn’t practical. So I exchanged it for this LG counter depth and it is my favorite it fits everything inside I feel like it it’s a normal size refrigerator. I’m even happy with the freezer it fits way more then the original one that I purchased. And the freezer makes it’s own ice in there as well as the fridge does.

Only had refrigerator less than one week. But... we are quite surprised & pleased at the amount of space available in this size refrigerator. It's smudge proof qualities will be tested next week when the grandsons come over for a visit. The ability to have so much ice available reminds us of our built in refrigerator in Nor Cal. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

I have been buyers of LG products over the years and have loved their products but have been disappointed with this fridge. We bought this fridge and had it delivered by Best Buy but within a few days, the ice machine was making a high pitch squealing sound and the freezer wasn't getting cold enough. We called Best Buy and they replaced the fridge within a week. This time, the ice maker is quiet, but we don't get a lot of cold water from the water dispenser and the fridge occasionally makes a loud humming sound. The water tank must be small as I'll get cold water during the first drink in the morning but then am lucky to get cold water again till the afternoon. We now have to use ice in all our drinks, which is fine, but clearly annoying when you are paying this much for a fridge. As for the humming sound, it's not a regular occurrence, but when it happens, it's quite loud. There are positives to this fridge, inside is very spacious and the second ice container in the freezer is a plus, but after the issues we have experienced with both fridges, I would have a hard time recommending this fridge to my family and friends.

Nice fridge and works great. Really quiet while running. Sleek design and fingerprint resistant is a plus. I was a little not happy because Best Buy had the policy for no in house installation but understandable. Overall, this is a great fridge.

Fantastic fridge!.. The black stainless is stunning and updated and the actual fridge provides a lot of interior space even though it is a counter depth. Has a retractable shelf to provide space for tall items, adjustable shelves, and deep door space to hold many items. Great having the outer door ice/water dispense as well as the ice maker in freezer section. Love the 3 shelves in freezer to allow effective and efficient use of space. I am incredibly pleased with this refrigerator. My only negative was regarding the delivery of the product and responsiveness of customer service ... (original delivery was stopped as there was damage to the product, redelivery was inefficient and subsequently I was given a product that also had a dent - the plastic protective tape was recommended to me to leave on for a while - maybe that was to hide the dent and the fact this might have been the original fridge I was to receive?!!!)

Great lighting inside, additional drawer, roomy, can make shelves fit size of bottles, containers, lots of ice, neat musical sound to alert if doors are open. You can see temperature of refrigerator and freezer. Love the PrintProof Stainless Steel!

This was a replacement for a 4-French Door refrigerator. I love that this has 2 ice makers as we use a lot of ice. The space in the refrigerator is more than you would think with a counter depth. There is a shelf that slides back on the right side to allow for taller items. The space on the inside of the doors also has plenty of room for condiments. The freezer has plenty of room with its three storage areas even with the ice bin. I also like that the filter is behind one of the bins on the side of the refrigerator door. Makes sense!

After multiple issues with ice maker and no service satisfaction with another brand, I went to Best Buy and bought the LG refrigerator. They made it so easy. They ordered the exact model i wanted. It was delivered it on time by Best Buy employees (not a third party contractor) , and the delivery people answered all my questions. Since then, the refrigerator has been ideal. It fits in the same space as the previous one but holds much more. Two ice makers, and the smaller one with through-the-door delivery is sufficient for my needs most of the time. Love the shallow ice-maker in the door design, which leaves lots of room for in-door storage.

I adore this refrigerator! The adjustable side shelves on the right side door are important. A lot of the capacity and height storage happens in the door. The dual ice maker is another important feature. We are never without ice. The filtered water is delicious. The replacement filters are little pricey but we no longer need separate filtering container or bottled water. The lighting on the top and side ensure that there is balanced and nice lighting throughout the frig. I love the wide deli drawer; only 3 1/4" deep but is great to see cheeses, deli meat and snacks easily displayed and accessible. The freezer takes a little effort to figure out but the two smaller sliding drawers end up being important to the efficiency of the freezer drawer. The bell reminder that the door is open has become another important factor. I think it is keeping our food fresher longer!

This review is for model LRFXC2406D which has the plain doors (no window or small door) in black ss finish. I've only owned one week but so far so good. Unit is quiet, looks high end due to ss interior bits and lighting, drawers and doors open smoothly, interour is well laid out. Pros: Dispensed water comes out cold. Normal shaped ice cubes (old school ice tray shape) Dual ice makers Cons: Front is NOT magnetic (sides are however). WiFi feature is useless. All it does is tell you temp settings, not the actual temps. You can't change it, and wouldn't know if something is wrong. To be fair it does tell you filter status, but unless you live in fear of someone resetting your fridge temp when you're at work... Whats the point LG???

Great refrigerator so far. Only things and its not that big of an issue is that you can't turn off sounds from control board when you push buttons and no night light feature. The compressor makes a little noise but normal and we just have to get used to it.

The ZLS Refrigerator is nice and a good size for Counter Depth which is what me needed. Everything is good f see o fat. We have had the Refrigerator about a week. The delivery was very good. They were on time and did a good job of getting it set up.
