So ita not an oled. But for the money you cannot beat the picture quality. Caught it on sale and coulsnt pass it up. Easy setup and wonderful 4k picture.

Great picture. Perfect in my bedroom. Wish the remote was easier to use. The rewind,pause & fast forward are hard to push right & too small.

Before my LG, I only had insignia. So far the sound is better, picture is amazing, and navigating apps is much easier and faster. Overall love the tv.

Was very easy to setup. Picture is great and sound is good. Purchased the LG sound bar not sorry I did. Sound is much better for watching movies and music.

A nice TV, but very confusing to figure out how to adjust color, etc. We finally gave up and settled for a default setting. Good sound and overall happy with the TV.

I've been quite happy with my last two LG tv purchases. I used to strictly purchase Samsung tv's in the past, but after having a couple back to back bad units I was turned onto LG from a friend that works in the Magnolia section of Bestbuy. I have an 8 series downstairs in my living room and this 6 series in my bedroom. They both work great and have an amazing picture. As with any TV the sound lacks and you should prepare to pick up at least a good soundbar with subwoofer to bring it to life, but I am now sold on LG tv's.

I was very pleased with the picture but when I experienced the surround sound, I realized I didn't need a soundbar. Great savings all around.

Great price for a 50" LG tv. It's been two months. Still going great. High picture quality, great features. It's a steal. Highly recommended.

This particular LG tv is a great budget tv. It has an excellent picture when using bias lighting behind it. For the price it's an excellent value.

The size and dimensions of this large screen TV sits perfectly on top of our TV stand. The TV appears sleek and elegant before it is even turned on. When watching ultra HD movies or shows, BluRay DVDs linked to our BluRay DVD player, the quality is superb. Super or I should say Ultra HiDef content, bright colors make the content appear as if everything is happening right in front of you. Love this TV for the size and HD output.

This TV has a very good picture when you are sitting right in front of it. Off-axis, things deteriorate pretty quickly. It isn't horrible off-axis, but it nothing like it is when you are well centered in front of it. I actually bought this for my 90 year old mother and while she is not really picky, she notices the difference from the sides. As long as you don't intend to do a lot of viewing from off-center, you'll probably be happy with this TV for the money.
