Dryer works well. Lots of space. I dried 15 pair of jeans last week!

I love the size and how well it drys everything. It also looks nice.

Excellent product for the price looks and works good

This machine does a very nice job. Compared to our old Frigidaire dryer, this LG does the job nicely. I cannot believe how much lint is in the filter after each load. The drying sensor works very well. If you select very dry, when it is finished, the clothes are very dry. We had to restart the old dryer at least once more to finish a drying cycle correctly. The only annoyance is that the timer shows a time, and when you come back later, it is well past the previous estimate, and is sometimes showing a longer time remaining than it did before. However, as I said, when the machine says it has completed the job, it has done so as prescribed. Very satisfied. I have not used the steam function as of yet, so I cannot comment on that.

I bought this LG dryer for my daughter after extensive research into the different brands. My daughter is in love with this dryer. It has so many features; the drying rack is awesome; it is a gorgeous machine. I live in Iowa and my daughter lives in Tennessee. I had purchased a dishwasher for my daughter so I knew that I could trust Best Buy in their delivery. But I cannot say enough about how awesome the delivery men were with bringing out the dryer. Because of the ice and snow the ground was so soft that they guys could not drive their truck into the yard. They actually removed the old dryer, carried it to their truck, brought the new dryer from the truck, and installed it within 15 minutes. They were pleasant and respectful. I am planning on getting a washer to match the dryer in the near future and I don't care what the sale price is anywhere else, I'm staying with Best Buy. I can trust their products and I can trust their service!

After only a year, the dryer completely stopped working and Best Buy will not have service out to fix for at least a week later! Will not buy an appliance from Best Buy again and will not buy LG again. According to tech - the app that should diagnose the issue does not work with latest phones, so he is "guessing the board needs to be replaced".
