Moved to the LG3 from basic flip phone. Reviewed many Androids for several months before deciding on the LG3. Love the sharpness of the large screen, ease in using the camera and oversize touchpad. The format and programming complements the LG3 Tablet that I also enjoy. Cons: volume control is cumbersome on the back of the tablet. Energy lite on the screen goes dark quickly even after adjusting timing. Suggestion: get glass screen protector and strong cover. Otherwise, loving this phone!

I did own the Lg G2, but after one week i sold it due to the lack of expandable memory card slot. this phone is the right size for me. small hands but I like a big screen. i was using the Note 3 but too big for my hands. it fits on my pocket with no extra bulk, easy to handle. heavy Youtube video player. and there is an amazing screen to watch my videos nice and clean. the camera is one of my favorites . 13MP. I love my LG G3

I upgraded from a Droid DNA and love the G3 so much. The button placement on the back was second nature and was able to adjust to it within hours. I love the speed of the phone with it's 3GB of ram but the LG UI makes it stutter at times. The camera and the laser auto focus is great and am able to get great shots with great lighting. It's also good in low lighting. Overall I'm pleased with the device and cannot wait for software updates which will hopefully fix the lag the UI has. Also the screen is a great size and the speakers are great!

I purchased this phone about a month ago from Best Buy for a buck with a 2 year contract on Verizon. This replaces my Samsung Galaxy S3 which I also had on contract and will keep as a backup in case something catastrophic happens to the G3. Both phones have Android 4.4.2, but I expect the G3 will be updated to Android 5.x Lollipop early in 2015. The G3 display is super sharp with good contrast and decent visibility outdoors. Performance is very fast and wifi connections are solid and fast. And of course the large 5.5" display is a joy to use with good touch sensitivity. Because of the relatively small bezels it is only slightly larger than the Galaxy S3 with it's 4.8" display. The back is a bit slippery so I put a very thin case on it (LG G3 Case - Ringke SLIM Case from amazon) which increased the grip just enough to feel confident holding it yet still very easy to slip in and out of my jeans side pocket. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Battery life 12 to 36 hours based on usage. Video and camera images very good for a phone. I have experienced no lag talked about on previous reviews. Always good 4g signal and clear audio on phone usage. Speaker is good for a phone and plenty loud enough for normal useage. Minimal preloaded software but fitness app does take up 1 of your 5 screens if you don't disable it.

This is the best phone I have ever had. Great screen, super fast, excellent interface. The speaker phone is excellent and I really like the dual tap to awaken the phone. The only thing that disappoints me is the notification light. My old Razr HD would blink once a second for an incoming txt or missed call. You always knew immediately if the phone had received something. The G3 blinks once every 15 seconds. Overall, I am very happy with this phone.

The battery life on this phone is awesome. I can go 3 days without charging it. The display and camera are great too. The only thing I don't like is the lack of wireless charging. You have to buy a case in order to do this. I don't like cases and would prefer to be able to buy a new back. Of course, the phone actually came with this, but Verizon made them take it off so they can make money on accessories.

Before this phone I was using a Samsung Galaxy S2 Epic 4g Touch from Sprint. Moved over to Verizon and I LOVE this phone. Screen is great, Camera quality is also a lot better than the 8MP in the S2. Love the customization's you can do via Folder's, hiding menu keys while inside an app or watching video's. Love the Verizon service, although it costs more than Sprint, gladly paying it for now. If I had to improve one thing it would be to include the Qi-Charging back cover with it, or even an extra battery (there are doing a promotion now though for a battery and cradle). I put my G3 inside an otterbox defender case and although it made it kinda big I am still happy with it. Would have liked a smaller profile case but that's not a knock on the phone though. With the phone out of the case it feels great and doesn't feel big but has the big screen.

After 2 months of online research and store visits I decided on the LG G3 smart phone. Beautiful crystal clear quad hd display. Fantastic camera that's simple to operate yet has all the options including image stabilization and lazer focus. All controls are on the rear of the phone, power, volume, camera lens, flash, laser focus. Speaker is on the rear but the sound quality is great. Back is removal for battery acess and MICRO SD CARD up to 128 gig expandable memory. So many features you need to check out YouTube reviews and LG's web site. After one month I am very happy I decided on the LG G3.

The phone running on the android operating system is very smooth running. Still on android KitKat 4.4.2 awaiting 5.0.1 Lollipop. No complaints with the operating system when it comes to being compatible. My problem is not always but with certain callers (and not all calls with those certain callers) does it happen.I already returned my original purchase of this ✆ within the first week for this reason and reason only. My second ✆, same exact problem once again. Doesn't seem to be as bad. The only solution I've come to figure out is once in dialing mode, put on speaker phone and once ringing switch back off of speaker and the call goes thru 98% of the time with no other problems. Although my original issue hasn't been fixed. My way around it has corrected my problem almost all if the time. I'm not sure if the problem is from the phone manufacturer defect or with applications that were pre-installed or if the operating system causes the issue. I admit that both phones did have the same exact problem, so it unclear still where the problem arises?

With the big clear screen, I find that I hardly need to use my laptop. And this is so much faster than my prior phone! My only complaints are it doesn't spell check calendar entries, it doesn't have Samsung's great predictive text and because I have 3 bluetooth devices it doesn't always connect with my car.

The features of this phone make it a printer and fax eliminator. Just take a picture of any document or drawing and send it The resulting picture can be read more clearly on this phone than the printed text via fax or printed email. While working on a pre stressed concrete ceiling my working crew were able to confirm the exact location for anchor bolts avoiding the high tension steel reinforcing cables. They would take a picture and send it to me to compare with the approved plans. The LG G3 with its fast and accurate camera, rear mounted controls and ability to expand pictures to full screen is better at this task than any other phone. It is an important engineering tool.

My phone died so I needed one fast. Reviews on this were good and the deal was good. Large screen size is a plus for me, but it's also very thin so it's not obnoxious. Picture/resolution is beautiful and I keep it on 60% mostly. This does not come with instructions and I was told I should go to You Tube to learn how to use it. Ugh! That's frustrating. Maybe I'll figure out more features before my contract is up. One plus is that it did not seem overloaded with preinstalled apps. Battery life seems pretty good, even when I played jewel games all day at work during the holidays, but battery got to 20% once so maybe bring a charger if that's your plan. However, I do like it a lot (ok, love in relation to last phone) so far and look forward to the next two years of our relationship.

This is a great phone with a great screen. It takes impressive video and photos. The sound quality on calls is quite good. The battery life is what you make it. Max out the screen brightness and do lots of processor and transceiver intensive operations and you could probably drain it in half a day. Be more reasonable and you can make it through the day easily. I'm not a heavy user, and I charge it every 2 or 3 days. I'm sure I could go much longer if I had a reason to really conserve. This thing out performs both iPhones and Samsung, and it's not a "me too" phone.

I found the LG G3 phone to be very user friendly. I got it for another family member who wanted to have more communication available to him and was currently using a 'pay as you go' tracfone. There were a lot of uncertainties about the change. Screen size for emails and texting were also a strong consideration. This phone has it all - ease of use, large screen size and classy design. Very satisfied.
