Great Keyboard, has veen flawless and I use this daily for 8 hours. I woukd recommend this one.

The mechanical keys have a very light touch which speeds up tying documents. The position of keys to the keyboard help to avoid fatigue.

Great looking and comfortable keyboard. Only mechanical keyboard I’ve seen that doesn’t have an over the top gaming keyboard look. Would love if it had dedicated macro keys but of course it’s not geared towards gamers. Some may miss backlighting but I am fine without it. Features that I very much wish it had are dedicated media keys and a USB passthrough, would rate 5 stars if it did. This keyboard has been a great investment for working from home! Makes the day-to-day much better.

The Logitech - K840 Mechanical USB Keyboard is a great Keyboard. I love the mechanical keys. The build quality is great.

Keyboard has a nice touch. Made out of aluminum not cheap plastic. Keys feel secure and comfortable. I dont use it for gaming.

Clicking the keys feels so satisfying. It feels very smooth as well. I don't regret buying it.

Bought this because for some reason my version of Premiere Pro wouldn't work with a wireless keyboard, even though the dongle was about 3 ft away. I tried 3 different versions of wireless keyboards form Logitech and none worked well. So I bought this mechanical keyboard. Works perfectly on PP, but sometimes a letter will get stuck and suddenly you get something like thisssssssssssssssssss. Other than that, I like it, wish the keys were a little bigger and the aluminium frame has a nice heft to it. I'd buy another.

I wanted a straightforward mechanical keyboard, no fancy gaming options, flashy colors, etc. Fits the bill perfectly. No regrets here!

This keyboard is rugged and has mach8ine action keys that respond faithfully. Took a minute to get used to but a good purchase.

Keyboard has a solid, well-made feel. Keys work perfectly and height positioning is ideal. Exceeded my expectation.

I'm writing this review on this keyboard. I picked this up on sale about a month ago and have been using it 4-5 times a week for 10+ hours each day. Pros: -Inconspicuous: work in an office so the flashy lights of other mechanical keyboards was not going to fly. This looks like any ordinary keyboard which I really like. - Decent price for a mechanical keyboard - The keys have a decent activation weight to them, doesn't cause fatigue when typing for a long time like I usually do - Aluminum plate makes it feel quality (more on that in the cons) -Sound and tactile feel are solid. I think they are a sort of medium loudness when I compared to like a cherry red . Quiet enough to not bother anyone when typing but loud enough to give a satisfying click. Cons: - Within about a week the keyboard sort of bowed in the middle. so now when I type there is flex around the "L" key which is annoying. Which is surprising considering that the slab of aluminum is there. - The key caps are kinda cheap. Letters are painted on and they have this sort of horizontal wiggle that bothers me but that is a specific to me kind of problem. -My biggest gripe is that these Romer-G switches have a spring in the mechanism that that give off this sort of "twang" sound. So if it's quiet in the room there's this like spring reverb sound that is annoying, it really cheapens the keyboard.

This is about the best "value" mechanical keyboard you're going to find. It's got everything you need, and nothing you don't. NO RGB, NO PROBLEM! I'm a grown-up! You're not going to beat this for a great typing keyboard at the $50'ish price point. It's probably not for gamers (I don't game on PC), but I'd recommend it to almost anyone else. (P.S. -- like all mechanicals, it's LOUD!)

After using membrane keyboards for the past decade, I had forgotten how absolutely awesome mechanical keyboards were! My typing speed is noticeably faster now. So happy! It's not a loud clackity keyboard but I have my own office so I cannot tell how annoying it would be in cubicles or egads, open floor plan.
