    Great mouse

I love this mouse. Going from a regular mouse to this trackball mouse has benefited me greatly for music production and the typical internet browsing. I’ve heard some complain about their thumb being uncomfortable or fatiguing but it must be after 2+ hours because I have yet to have my thumb strain so much that it interferes with my work. If you want to save space on your desk or want a more accurate cursor, this mouse is for you. After about a week you’ll be adjusted to this style of mouse.

New base reminds me of old fashion shoes with lifts attached. The new base seems to make using the trackball more comfortable. The trackball has always been my go-to mouse selection since this was the mouse I first learned to use at least 30 years ago in the Air Force. Those trackballs looked like small bowling balls.

My wrist feels so much better

I work on the computer all day long and my wrist started hurting really bad with traditional mouse. I decided to buy this mx ergo plus mouse because i read that the angle of the wrist being more vertical and less wrist motion would help. It really does help! After the first few days my wrist immediately felt better, and now several months after my wrist continues to feel great. I love how its rechargeable and I dont have to buy batteries. Also, the track ball obly took 1 day to get use to using. I was afraid it was going to be difficult but its quite easy to adjust to.

    Best Ergo Trackball Mouse

I've been in IT for about 20 years now and have developed mild carpal tunnel syndrome from it and this mouse really helps not only relieve some of the symptoms but also helps me from re-injuring problematic parts of my wrist. It's not a cure all, and I still have some pain after working a few hours straight and I would recommend using a wrist brace when the pain starts up, but this mouse helps those episodes from happening as frequently as they used to. Lastly, this is the second one I've purchased since I was so impressed with how well the first one helped me out.

I've been using track-ball mice since I was in highschool (2001). This is by far the best investment I have made in peripheral devices in ages. I only wish they had had something this ergonomic when I was playing Delta Force 2 and Delta Force LAN Warrior. The built in angling mechanisms make this perhaps THE most comfortable mouse experience I have had. More so than Disney, and everyone want to go to Disney. But this is significantly cheaper, plus no long lines. To add, you've never experienced the infinite mouse pad until you've used a track ball mouse.

I've used a Logitech M570 trackball for years for everything but graphics (which requires dexterity my thumb doesn't have). When it came time to replace my third one I upgraded to this. I love the adjustable angle feature -- much more ergonomic. I haven't played with any of the programmable buttons or other special features yet, but the "precision tracking" button above the ball is an excellent solution for the dexterity issue. I wouldn't recommend this more expensive model to anyone who hasn't yet decided if a trackball is for them, but for those who have, it's worth the extra money to upgrade from the 570.

I have used standard roller ball mice for YEARS. This is a nice change with the 'wedge' to be more ergonomic, and also the added buttons for more intuitive operation. I do wish that there was more 'button assignments' I could do for programs not listed.

We appreciate your feedback. While the MX ERGO Plus is designed to improve comfort and reduce strain, it may not fully alleviate all types of hand discomfort. We recommend adjusting the trackball height and angle to find the most comfortable position. If you continue to experience discomfort, please reach out to our support team for further assistance. This is my third Logitech trackball. I loved the previous model but as my hands aged they became slightly less comfortable. The new model 'logi MX-ERGO affords a new hand placement that meets my 72 year old needs very well. Thanks for your continued development of this product.

Great for CAD & BIM (and shoulder pain)

Can't believe I have been doing CAD/BIM for 30 years without one of this. They always look like too much stress on the thumb. I was so wrong! I decided to try it because I developed a bad shoulder pain. Pain is gone! Was a little weird at the beginning (and I even thought about returning it) but after a couple of weeks I can't even remember what I didn't like. My only complaint could be is that is not as sensible for super accurate selections (I think the way the ball sits on the socket has to do with this), but other than that I really recommend this mouse.

Absolutely love this mouse. This is, bar none, the best mouse I have ever held. It is very ergonomic and super comfortable; I’m partial to trackball mice and some aren’t; if you are this is the best one I’ve used and if you’re not or are looking for a first trackball mouse this is the perfect balance of cost and function- you’ll never need another. The adjustable function makes it nice for using for a while since you can change the angle if your wrist ever did get tired (it probably won’t)

I normally use regular or steelseries mouse for playing video games but for general use I use this one. It has 2 modes regular and precision ( regular sensitivity and SUPER sensitive) which helps when your trying to click on specific things. It also has 2 connection memory so you can connect it to two different computers for settings 1 and 2. It is a great investment and really helps prevent things like carpal tunnel. It even comes with a magnetic adjuster to make it more comfortable based on your wrist placement... I dont use it but its helpful!

#1 feature I love: My work from home setup has me using a MacBook (for work) and my own Windows PC. I connected it to the MacBook via Bluetooth and to the PC via the USB receiver. To switch the mouse from controlling one to the other, I simply press the button under the wheel. No more having two mice on the desk! Worth the price because it's two mice in one. (btw, the same thing will work with two PCs or two Macs--connect one via BT and the other via the USB receiver) Next up, I need to get the MX keyboard because it has the same feature.
