It works

The problem is if I do not use this over priced adapter, I am not able to get more then 2 monitors to work with my Surface Dock and my Surface Book 2. I want to use 2 external monitors and the Surface Monitor. Problem is if I do not use the MS Adapter, I can only use 2 total monitors. If this adapter wasn't $60, I would be fine with it.

I returned only because of cost. I felt it was a little too expensive for the amount of time I would be using. If you would be using this a lot then it’s great and I would recommend buying

I communicated with Microsoft Support and tried several things. They said the next step would be to exchange it, as the one I had may have something not working correctly. I exchanged for a different production lot and my system now works properly.

Let me place my computer screen on to an older non smart tv that had a usb connection. 3 stars because I discovered cheaper alternative to accomplish the same task. I got a generic one for a second location. Works just as good

My new computer only has the mini connection so I bought this adapter. The larger screen doesn't look as sharp as with my old computer and the standard video end, but I don't know if it's the new computer or the adapter. Still, it works so...
