    They sold me a package to install overhead DVD player in my car, but when I went to have it installed they told me they couldn’t do it at their location. They then sent me to 5 different locations to get it installed which each said they couldn’t. I have up and went to get a refund and it was like pulling teeth to get my refund. 4 hours of phone calls worth. I will never buy from them again.

    Horrible service. Felt like I was bothering the employees that were there to help me. I've read reviews of other people that were satisfied with their installation of overhead dvd units with the exact same model minivan with a sunroof yet the employees said it couldn't be done and they sent me on my way. I'm very unsatisfied and I don't mind telling other families of my experience. Very negative.

    Installed dvd player in van

    No problems until right at the 1 year mark. The left side of the dvd player is pulling away from the ceiling. I didnt expect a repair after only 1 year.

    Agents went above and beyond and took care of us. They did extra work they didn’t have to to make sure we were set.

    I had a overhead DVD player installed. The installation looks nice and things worked well till a few weeks ago. I called to ask about the warranty on the installation and was told just to bring my yellow paper up and they'd be happy to look at it. I had the thing installed 8 months ago and have no idea where the paper they are referring to might be. There is apparently no way to get the installation looked at under the warranty without this paper. This seems rather ridiculous to me in a company where everything is run by computers. You can pay for an item at one store, have a computer print a paper, and take it to another store to pick the item up not to mention all the other things you can do. Yet, you can't honor a warranty on your work without a slip of paper. I'm very displeased.

    I scheduled an appointment at the store for a DVD player installation. The store I went to was too busy so they set an apt for me at another location a week later. The other location called me and told me they don’t do installations and canceled my appointment the day before. I practically had to beg them to schedule an appointment for me for another location. Waited another 3 weeks and the day of the appointment I go to the store and they canceled my appointment again, but this time they didn’t tell me! The manager had an “oh well” attitude about the whole situation.
