I bought this device because my phone battery is junk from day one. Unfortunately though the mophie did not function with my device as the micro-usb port did not line up well enough. Not to say it isn't useful but it can not be used as a fix so my experience with this product was minimal.

I believe I received what I payed for, especially since I was able to get best buy to price match competitor and I still think it was a little expensive. The Juice Pack does exactly as it says and extends battery life while looking sleek on the phone. I do not see any visual rubbing on the phone because of the product after a weekend and that is important to me. While the Juice Pack is not made as a protector like the Otter-box, I figure for the price it would have been nice for them to build in a screen protector like Defender and that is the reason quality is rated as good. Also this thing is heavy with or without the phone in it, size does not matter once you have owned a Otter-box and again another reason for the down grade for quality. Do not get me wrong though this is a excellent investment if your looking for a longer length in battery life and do not set in a car or at a desk for most of the day.

This was the only brand Best Buy sold in my store for my Samsung. Should have shopped around for a different brand.

I need a phone that can go all day and night and I love my Mophie. It does add a little to the weight of the phone, but it still fits great in my pocket and I like the look of the phone in the case. It fits the phone perfectly, all the buttons function perfectly; it does not hamper the operation of the phone. Only one drawback: I have had to switch to a bluetooth connection in my car because my AUX cable no longer fits.

The salesman has one of these protective covers and showed us it really doesn't add much more size that the covers that don't include a battery pack but it does add some weight and bulk. It still fits in a man's pockets alright. I don't know if it really adds three days, but it certainly makes charging every night unnecessary--also looks sleek and protects well.

My problem stems from when I make a call using this case. The people on the far end either can't hear me well or I echo on there end. The second I remove the case from the equation, people hear me well again with no feedback or echoes. Other issue I have with this case is that although it is strong, there is no grip on it causing the phone to slip out of your hands easily. I'm not an accident prone or clumsy person, however, this case really could use some improvements.

I LOVE having the extra battery life. The indicator lights on the bottom show how much "life" is left in the backup battery. You can easily put the case on and take the case off. It adds some bulk but in my opinion, it's worth it.

great looking case with extra juice to use your cell phone longer. On the pricey side but it is something worth having if your always on the go and use your cell phone often.

This thing is amazing! It not only doubles your battery life, it is a great case also. I know because I have two grand daughters ages 1 and 2. They are always playing with my S3 and then just flinging it when they are done. It has survived them so far and I have had this case for over a month now. Put a Invisishield HD protector on with this and you are good to go.

This is a really cool well fitting backup battery and protection for your Galaxy S3. You'r Galaxy S3 Phone fits tightly in this case. It gives one a good solid feel while holding it. You get a lot more battery without needing the phones small battery, then you can revert to it when really needed. All interface buttons work and you get a good signal.
