I had several issues with my laptop the first year that bought a total tech subscription. I had to go in the a physical store location several times to have Geek Squad solve the problems they were so helpful each time and so I renewed my subscription the following year for peace of mind, even though I haven't had an issues. One time I had an on-going issue with connecting to any Wi-Fi source and someone from the total tech team was able to restore the issue remotely. I didn't even have to go into the store. They were very professional and resolved all my tech issues.

Definitely i great idea to have. I use my laptop for business and i cant afford to pay a bunch of money to get it serviced when something happens. The membership comes with some services where i dont even have to pay. Very much worth it!

I would not go without the My Best Buy Total membership. It's been well worth the money. I've taken my phone and my computer in a number of times over the last few years and I've always been satisfied with the assistance I've gotten.

My computer was serviced quickly and proficiently. I am happy with the outcome. The tech personnel were kind and patient. They answered my questions and took the time to explain things that were not clear because I didn't know the computer terminology.

My mom lock herself out of her phone she has dementia and after multiple attempts to unlock it we came to Bestbuy . Bestbuy took care of the issue and there was no charge for the service because I purchased my membership! Nice work and thank you for your great service!

I purchased the Best buy total membership. You can use it to have your computer checked or worked on at no extra cost to you. My computer hard drive died, they put a new one in and formatted it with Windows 11 at no extra cost to me. Best buy geek squad does a great job. I would highly recommend this program.

So I just recently bought this membership and let me tell you first of all I am not no bot secondly when I tell you this membership is worth it I am being very real with you the reason is because this membership has covered my whole pc every time something is wrong with it I always take it to them and sense I have the membership they fix it for me for free and I am glad I spent 180 on this membership it was worth every penny.

The membership is amazing for all tech but especially if you have a computer or something else that is out of warranty. My computer was having problems and they took it in after asking what it was doing and now it runs great!!! I'm so glad i got the membership, it's much cheaper then buying a new laptop.

I purchased a lap top for my son for college but the Membership services that came along with it I may actually use, like geek support. I can't say enough about My Best Buy Total membership. I've had it in various name-forms for 13 years now. It has saved me a lot of headaches in fixing my devices. I have geek squad come on remotely every two months for a pc-tune up which keeps me running in top form. And it's super helpful for aiding my 'senior' dad who has troubles with anything techy. Geek squad is there to the rescue. Also nice that they cover all my devices in my household. With 4 adult folks living here, all with multiple devices, it's been a lifesaver. The first thing I tell folks when they ask me for tech help is to invest in the Best Buy plan. It's the best investment you can make for your sanity.
