I have been a Best Buy Rewards member for over 30yrs. It started out free for years, then became a service membership. It definitely is worth the price. I love Best Buy & Magnolia Services. They are always so helpful with guiding me on purchases and never mind when I’m in the store several times before making large purchases.

Best Buy total membership has already paid for itself. The Geek Squad has already cleaned malware off my laptop twice and my membership is only 7 weeks old. I look forward to using the other benefits, IE the longer return times and discounts over the holidays. GREAT investment! WB

All good. The delivery man were really nice, very courteous and very professional. I really like them both a lot I felt like I should’ve tipped them But they did not make me feel like I should’ve tipped them, which I appreciate it a lot

I have been a Best Buy customer for over 5 years if not more and I have always had the best customer service when I visit the store or do busy online! Super great experiences with Best Buy personnel!

This membership is so worth every penny. Its helps me to feel secure in the event I should have an issue, Best Buy is there at the first phone call to help out. This gives me piece of mind as I own my own business and rely on my computer and items that I purchase at best buy!!

I was Scammed which require my computer to be re-imaged. The Geek Squad understod my ordeal & went thru my Computer to make sure everything was OK & nothing unusual or strange was removed & returned to its normal state.

AT 82 YRS OF AGE I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THE REAL BENEFITS I RECEIVE WITH THIS MEMBERSHIP WITHOUT READING ALL THE COMPLEX WORDING. I JUST ASK THE AGENTS IN THE STORE SUCH AS THE GEEK SQUAD . I know they can fix my computers.

As a Best buy total membership subscriber it gives you a peace of mind Yes the once a year renewal is a little spendy but at the end of the day it gives you a piece of mind that you got protection cover on any items that you buy for Best buy without have to purchase a separate geek squad extend the warranty I totally recommend purchasing it especially if you buy from Best buy!!

The technician was extremely helpful and getting my computer set up. The only thing I would say is to make sure you tell your client everything that they need because I had to go in six different times to take something for the computer because they told me I did not need these things and then turned around and said I did

The Total membership is an excellent investment for frequent tech buyers. The included two years of product protection, including AppleCare+, and 24/7 Geek Squad support easily justify the cost, especially for high-value items. It’s peace of mind delivered.

I love this membership and will continue to shop BestBuy as long as Total is available. No hassle to get things repaired or replaced and always the best customer service! We love our BestBuy store.

For the price it’s not a bad option if you shop here a lot. The reason I bought it was for a warranty for my computer. It was more expensive to buy that than the membership.

I was prompted for this review in my Best Buy profile, where it also mentioned the review counts as a sweepstakes entry (for a relatively modest prize). Regardless, my rating for the Best Buy Total membership is 5 stars. I've worked in electronics for years, and know how to repair things. But consumer electronics are not amenable to repair (i.e. parts are hard to source, and disassembly & reassembly are often very time consuming, and not always intended for repair). While I disliked purchasing warranties for many years, in many cases it has simply become necessary today. Honestly, for the price, you'll have to decide your annual electronics purchase amount, in dollars per year, spread over two years, and determine is the warranty is worthwhile. A single TV or laptop purchase might justify the warranty. I wish it would carry into a third year (I think most devices only are covered for two years?) On the other hand, it extends the return window. I've only made two Best Buy warranty claims in 12 years (preceding the offering of this warranty program), but Best Buy mades it very easy to obtain a replacement for those two issues. If you're planning to purchase at least one 'big-ticket' item, consider it. Two big-ticket items, it starts becoming a really good idea.

The membership is of great value to me & I have used it already. The membership prices are good & I have earned credits already. The Geek Squad support has been utilized. They were extremely helpful in getting me up & running. I have the protection plan on my purchase, I feel at ease and supported should anything arise.

As so many have stated before, this is money well spent unless you are a tech geek. I have used this for numerous things, saving on software installs, buying appliances, repairs, etc! Great value.

I never buy memberships of this nature but i needed to get my computer repaired and was asking questions and i was told they would repair items even if not bought at best buy. Which is amazing the techs were so nice and they did a great job i am so happy and appreciative.

This is a great membership to obtain. You gain exclusive access to Black Friday deals as well as money back if an item you bought went on sale but you paid full price. I would totally recommend because the money your spending yearly on this membership is little to nothing compared to what your saving.

This was really like a last sec deal, was not planning on adding more to my purchase. Glad I did unfortunAtely i was having a really bad month when everything just wanted to break. God knows i dont make the money to fix everything. Just a good pleAce of mind.

The best value I pay for yearly and always recommending to my friends that not only is Best Buy a great card to get but the total protect pays for itself and is always a great asset to have that covers everything you can want and also gives you that piece of mind.

If you are like me, I know more about "party lines" and eventually "rotary dial phones" than I do about 11 windows or Windows 11. This HP laptop is easy to navigate for me and am quite pleased that is very intuitive!
