It took me a little while to get used to and understand it, but now that I have figured it out, I love it.

I really love it, its great and convenient. I cant wait til I get rid of all my paperwork. Very useful to scan and keep past years docs.

Have to definitely read the manual to learn how to use to its fullest but it's great!

I purchased these to roll out to a fleet to use across multiple locations. We have them being used to quickly get scans dumped into a OneDrive account. They work great, don't jam and have no issues on all types of internet connections.

Generally good product, although the wireless is not consistent.

I bought this new version to replace the old tabletop version and after a couple uses it turns itself off whenever I click SCAN. I'm not able to plug into my computer to scan straight to the offline software of NEAT, it simply doesn't even acknowledge there's a scanner. To even call or chat with NEAT you have to buy a service plan so I tried opening a case through their so called customer care and that didn't work either. It's been such a mess, not worth all the high tech so called functions because they don't work, save your money and just buy something that will simply scan a dang document.

This product has so many uses I'm still learning. I have been able to clean out my bills and other files, sort, file and make expense reports!!! If your a business owner this would make a great addition for you! Can't say enough!!!

I have had good luck with the Neat products. The only problem that I have run into in the past is the phone customer service when you run into a problem. They also have updated their software and it doesn't work with you old machines, which forces you to buy a new one.

I bought the neat scanner on ebay. The offer was reasonable and I am happy that I waited to purchase this item. It works great. The scanner is excellent and organizing my mountain of paperwork is streamlined. I love it.

Bought this unit to upgrade from an older unit that is not compatible with windows 10. Had some issues with setup and used the online forum, but was unable solve the issues. Tried to call to talk to a human, but no luck! My software said I had human contact ability, no use. Put on indefinite hold and got continuous run around. Returned unit!!!!

I like features however it's a little more complicated to merge documents than I anticipated. As well you must have/buy other products (quick books etc,) in order to maximize features. Otherwise I'm pleased with purchase.

I had been using the portable. scanner until I dropped it and broke it. I upgraded to the Premium Multi scanner and I am impressed . Very happy .

I love this, I'm a lot more organized with my receipts and business paperwork. Only complaint is the App crashes randomly, I can open it back up with no problem, but pretty annoying.

GREAT Product, LOUSY documentation. Took 2 weeks to finally get help in figuring out how to scan files correctly. I am probably still doing things the hard way but there is no manual.

This is my 3rd Neat scanner. The best! My first was the mobile, then the desk top & now the newest one. Love it!

To complicated to set up and use, I didn't like it spend so much time to make it work but didn't succeed , finally returned it.

Was recommended by a friend. Awesome choice and highly recommend for any business owner
