The product is excellent and works exactly as expected. I got this about 7 months ago and have been using it for a while. I have had a lot of coffees made by the machine and it is really great everytime. It is pretty durable and has never failed me. I had a keurig before this and this one is much better There is a small problem, I use the machine about two times a day and I have had to descale the machine 3 times already. But it is really simple to descale. You just have to buy the solution.

Amazing espresso machine slick looking and very easy to use. Bought a second one for my mom since she fell in love with mine!

It surely does live up to its hype! Costly yes, but it really is a great product. It comes with a sample tray of different coffee to try! I bought this as a gift but have found myself using it also. It is everything you expect!

I loved purchasing my Nespresso with Best Buy, it was fast and easy. I liked how it was available within the said time and pick up was very clear.

Set it and forget it. Still a nuisance to clean every morning. Had separate system before. Nesspreso delongi and then a separate milk forther. So still a “pain in the but” but at least I can leave and come back to a perfect drink ready to pass out to my guest or to enjoy myself. Recommend if you can afford. I calculated after 7-8 months of 1 cup of coffee 5 days a week it will pay for itself compared to purchasing from Starbucks

This machine looks awesome, has a great design, not too bulky, slim, and quality. Probably will recommend it.

I got this model and after 1 week started having issues with the Milk Frother not working. I followed the cleaning procedures as indicated in the manual, and still no luck. I contacted customer service and they responded quickly. They helped me troubleshoot the problem and it seems the sensor to detect the milk had some difficulty with skim milk. The technician instructed me to put a paper towel between the sensor and the milk container and then it worked fine. just remove the paper when the milk is consumed. Everything seems fine now. I just need to rinse and clean the container per the instructions. I also use the paper trick with some brands of milk.

Was very nice while the milk frother was still working. But after 2-3 months the frother is not working properly anymore and the return window is closed.

This is my second nespresso. It’s very compact and doesn’t take too much space in my kitchen loving this model. it’s easier to clean, and the water reservoir it’s very accesible.

This coffee maker is alright. The first time I used it I did use the frothier. the coffee came out tasting smooth and delicious. The frothing was a bit strange because it splattered to the cup. I would need to elevate the cup to the position of the device to keep it from splashing too much. In addition, I had quite a problem with the frothier the second time I tried to use it after cleaning. I can say this one is going to take some getting used to. Since I already have a separate Nespresso frothier, it will not be too cumbersome.

You get addicted to it! very dependable. easy to work with, easy to wash, and easy to maintain.

Personally for me that’s new to making espressos I think it’s a really good machine. It’s super easy to use there’s really not much you have to do. The starter pack that they supplied was also really good with helping me figure out which intensity was the best for me.

Excellent for making one person lattes. The capsule size and the compact size for the countertop. Make it a nice morning latte generator.

This was by far the worst shopping, customer service, exchange/return experienmce of my entire life. I never leave reviews so that should say a lot. Terrible. Purchased product they sold to me as “new” and it had milk/coffee residue when opened on christmas day. Went to exchange where they said they would ship to my house.. never came. I got told 3 different things by customer seevice representatives. I wasted so much time. I was not helped properly. I had to go back to the store since they couldnr figure out what was happening with the order as it never showed up on the app as something that was being shipped to me. I was told by chat agent they couldnt help so i was tossed around when calling. They couldnt help me ans said i had to go into the store …I go a 3rd time they realized they messed up and the person accidentally made it a in person exchange when that was not the case. The manager tried fixing it and finally did it correctly where it would be shipped… it is now january 3rd and i received the shipment with no box.. damaged box.. missing items, and used yet again. Why are they careless like this? This isnt safe or sanitary. Why are they giving peolle used machines to those who purchase brand new products ? Scamming people ? The carelessness in every area was really eye opening. I again got on the phoje just to be told to go to the store now for the 4th time…. I gave up. I just wanted a refund. Still waiting on that. This tainted my thoughts on best buy. I will never buy anything from besr buy again. Buyers beware.

We love our Nespresso Lattissima! The machine is so efficient and delicious. We get lots of compliments with the machine. Would highly recommended.

This is the best nespresso machine ever!! It isnt complicated to work, and makes the smoothest coffee drinks!! My family loves it.
