With the help of Netgear help desk, the internet connection was made. The new modem has been a big improvement to my system.

Has not lost sync like my older model that I replaced and seems to be a tad bit faster on surfing and streaming. Love this modem. Easy to set up so this eliminates time and customer service call to get it going. Highly recommended.

Super Modem

They are so easy to hook up and work flawlessly. I also have Net Gear Wifi and they also work excellent. I will never buy any other brand except NETGEAR.

Had to reboot and then discover, after it failed to operate at first. Overall no issues worth worrying about -- certainly works now!

Easy to use, meets my needs, inexpensive!

I found this modem and it has worked out great! I brought it home, hooked it up, and have had no issues at all with it since. It is a good, solid product for the price.

Great Replacement

The old one was just tired from years of service. This Netgear is an excellent replacement. It can be placed in an upright position to take up less space. It has built in security which is far better than the old Modem. My security software has not shown any attacks since this Modem was installed in a few easy steps.
