Not only was he knowledgeable about the product that was installed in our home, but he was able to help us with completing our living room with a sound system that meets our needs. He helped identify items that we may want to look at. We are very happy customers!!!

Dan was awesome! Very particular and technically expert. Super friendly. Maria was helpful. Everything looks great and seems to work well. One suggestion is don’t assume the customer understands the way their new stuff works. Ask them. Coach them. Teach them. Confirming the customer is ready to enjoy their new purchase before leaving. The extra 15 minutes would have served us well.

The agent is a pro. He anticipated my needs. I had lost my playl list that I had created and lost because of Sonos horrible update. Dan showed me how to create a play list uing a music streaming app that I subscribe to> He made me very happy. I am old and spend most of my time listening to music and streaaming movies.

The two technicians who did a reset on my Sono's Arc system and updated the software were a true breath of fresh air. It sounds better than ever and they truly knew what they were doing. I would go nowhere else for technical service. Ever. BTW I bought my Samsung Q80 and Sonos system at Best Buy 4 years ago and they still look and sound like new.

The agents mounted my TV and successfully connected to the speakers.

Mounted 2 large Sony TVs, a third on a cabilnet top in the MB, tigether with new Sonus Sounbars, etc. Systems work flawlessly. One install was oner my main greatroom fireplace. Work was diligient, efficient and clesan... despite some wood drilling for a large mount. Wiring was neatly zipped behind the TVs with even a sateliite box relocated behand the Tvs for a superclean appearance. Expert installs.

I picked up some sony wireless speakers and I needed them st up to my sony tuner and sony tv. Trying to get it scheduled was a mess . Between the 2nd and 3rd visit they made a appointment for me then called me the day before my appointment to tell me to make a appointment. Bottom line is the 3rd guy was great.

The guys were knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They found my problem and fixed it.

The Geek Squad team is unmatched. I did my own installs for years, and am very knowledgeable, so to see the care and expertise of this team, is amazing.

The agents mounted my tv and sound bar quickly and spent time with me setting everything up including some wireless speakers. Only complaint is that the sound bar is too close to the bottom of the tv-scrapes the tv when you want to turn the television

I had Best Buy install a Sonos Speaker system. They did a very good job hiding wires, left the area neat and were very professional. At the end they stayed for another 20 minutes and explained how to use the system. Highly recommend

Once again, Holt stepped up to the plate. I got this job done. Even though it took him three visits, which were not his fault he was not giving up. The equipment looks fabulous and works great!

I cannot say enough about Best Buy TotalTech and the agents they sent for my service. They assessed my home, gave me their opinion. Yes, it did involve buying some additional equipment, but the same agents returned and installed EVERYTHING to my TOTAL satisfaction. Agents Gregg and Sean were fast, meticulous and thorough in doing their job! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The Total tech team was wonderful, very accommodating and punctual. They worked quickly to install, explaining new features of the TV and answering questions. They removed to discard all the packing materials, along with the electronics no longer needed. They were so friendly it was actually a pleasant afternoon.
