Geek squad member Dan Kostrzewa gave us the best, most expert installation of any product we've ever had. He knew everything about the TV, the sonos sound system, and everything else in our house. He stayed to make sure everything worked perfectly, and when issues arose he developed practical solutions. Very client oriented.

I cannot say enough about Best Buy TotalTech and the agents they sent for my service. They assessed my home, gave me their opinion. Yes, it did involve buying some additional equipment, but the same agents returned and installed EVERYTHING to my TOTAL satisfaction. Agents Gregg and Sean were fast, meticulous and thorough in doing their job! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The agents mounted my tv and sound bar quickly and spent time with me setting everything up including some wireless speakers. Only complaint is that the sound bar is too close to the bottom of the tv-scrapes the tv when you want to turn the television

The Total tech team was wonderful, very accommodating and punctual. They worked quickly to install, explaining new features of the TV and answering questions. They removed to discard all the packing materials, along with the electronics no longer needed. They were so friendly it was actually a pleasant afternoon.

I had Best Buy install a Sonos Speaker system. They did a very good job hiding wires, left the area neat and were very professional. At the end they stayed for another 20 minutes and explained how to use the system. Highly recommend

Agent hooked up my husband's wireless headphones perfectly.

They worked quickly. I might have been able to do it myself but they got the job done efficiently.

Once again, Holt stepped up to the plate. I got this job done. Even though it took him three visits, which were not his fault he was not giving up. The equipment looks fabulous and works great!

MIKE AND TAYLOR WERE FANTASTIC. She knew what she was doing and instructed my husband on ease of use with his new headphones MIKE found out the issue with my mouse monitor after calling the GEEK Squad for 1.5 months and they never figured out the issue.HE DID It was the HZ refresh.I went to BB returned the monitor and got a different one compatible with my computer

The Geek Squad team is unmatched. I did my own installs for years, and am very knowledgeable, so to see the care and expertise of this team, is amazing.

Highly recommend Geek Squad for home theatre installations. We purchased a home theatre unit. I’m pretty knowledgeable about media installations but this one as over my head. Kyle, our installer, had it installed and configured within 45 minutes.

The agents were very knowledgeable. and personable. They installed everything rapidly, asked if I had questions about the operation of the equipment, were very thorough. I would be glad to have them provide the installation service again.

Fast, efficient and friendly service! They were in and out with only one slight issue, which was problems with the Sonos app, something completely out of their control yet they still fixed everything perfectly! Definitely recommend! :)

The install was terrific. Everything worked well. The tech took extra care to install accurately and cleaned up after. I thought it was going to require 2-3 technicians to install, but he did it all by himself. He explained how it functioned and how to use the app.

Geek squad got my Google nest speaker up and running in about 10 minutes . l am not very tech savvy, played around with this for several days. Very happy to have my music back!!!!

Cannot say enough good things about my install team. Professional and took all safety protocols for covid throughout the install process. Installed my giant TV, mount to wall, mesh network and hooked up all Sonos equipment to my network/TVs. Walked through everything installed and reviewed all my questions. Simply top notch - would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

The Geek Squad was FANTASTIC!!! They were efficient, knowledgeable, business like yet very friendly. They installed a 55" TV, mount and soundbar and they explained how to use each one in a clear and concise way. I really appreciated their patience. Because of their service we are glad we bought from Best Buy and will again in the future.

The two technicians who did a reset on my Sono's Arc system and updated the software were a true breath of fresh air. It sounds better than ever and they truly knew what they were doing. I would go nowhere else for technical service. Ever. BTW I bought my Samsung Q80 and Sonos system at Best Buy 4 years ago and they still look and sound like new.
