I bought this watch to run and if that is what you want it for then you will be quite happy. I wish it would track my walking and swimming as well but that isn't the reason I got it. It is more accurate than the nike app on the iPhone. The iPhone app is almost always several hundred yards wrong every mile you run. It adds up.

I purchased this to track my outdoor runs, and it performs as expected. It's not the most sophisticated GPS watch on the market, but for my needs as a beginning runner, the functions and price point are just right. It is a bit bulky on the wrist, but battery life and the overall aesthetic are great, so it's a reasonable trade-off.

I had one for myself and I loved it, had to get one for my boyfriend. I really like how it links to the app to my phone, once I upload my runs into my computer.

I'm very pleased with the Nike + sportwatch. Battery life has been strong (even though the display is always on), GPS is accurate, and the watch is easy to use while running. The best feature of the watch is that you can use the Nike + website (which syncs to the phone app) to record all of your runs, including distance, pace, map of your route, etc. On a somewhat negative note, it seems that the included "shoepod" (for indoor running) is not as accurate as the GPS for calculating speed and distance. The backlight is sometimes difficult to turn on as well, but it works. Although the watch does not have a "touchscreen", the backlight is lit by touching the screen.

I bought this one for my wife but the review of mine is as follows: I started off running with the Nike+ running app, this is a great complinet to that. I'm not sure but I don't think other apps recognize this gps watch. Despite the setup and instructions not being very detailed, It's very simple to use. After playing with it you can pretty much figure everything out about it. Like I said, I was originally using the Nike running app, it was draining the battery on my phone. I purchased this watch to keep track of my runs and it's been doing great! My only issues with the watch are sometimes it seems to take a little longer to link up with the satellites prior to a run. I've been using that time to stretch, though. The only other issue I've come across, is the watch and runs a little small. I'm on the bigger end of an average build, I have to use the very last holes on the watch band when I wear it.

I like this running watch. This watch will require you to start a run by either syncing with a Nike+ shoe pod or able to receive a GPS signal or both to start your run. The watch will show you a couple of helpful screens (time/pace). After your run you can connect it to a PC/laptop and sync your runs with Nike.com. It'll give you your distance, time and altitude of your run. Nike.com will also tell you when you slowed down or "hit the wall" during your run. Battery time has been pretty good after a few weeks of use. It lasted a week on one charge for me. I only wish it had a heart rate monitor to go with it.

I have been running with this watch for about 2 months now and I really like it! I find myself pushing harder because I know I'm tracking my stats. Very easy to use and you can't beat the styling. The screen is simple and easy to read and battery life is pretty good. I am charging it once every 2 weeks depending on my run frequency. The only down side I've had with it is the time it takes to link to the satellites. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to link up, but once it does it is very accurate. The Nike+ site is very cool to track your progress against others. There is enough information collected to be useful, but not so much that the data is cumbersome. Overall I am very happy with it!

Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase. I used it during my 1st 1/2 marathon and it was extremely accurate. The Nikeplus website is a great way to keep up with your runs. Battery life is more the sufficient. The only downsides are the satellite takes a while to link some times and not as accurate when running on the treadmill.

Nike Sportswatch is great. I wanted a watch that would be able to track me GPS and be able to tell me my current pace, if I was meeting my mark, heart rate, distance all in one. I found this watch. Great product, and when linked with the heart rate monitor you get more out of your workouts. The good: it is easy to set up and personalized he display you want for when you are running. I choose pace because I want to keep to a good range. GPS usually links very well and quick. Setting up the heart rate monitor was easy as well. Battery life on standby is great and last for days, with the GPS on it significantly decrease the battery. The not so good: I'm not sure if it was the shoe pod, but my GPS wasn't engaged, and it wasn't very accurate it was off by a 1/4 mile. Also my initial set up took longer than expected, the nike website was down for maintenance so I was unable to use my watch til the next day. Overall: I would definitely recommend this product for the average runners looking to keep track of all their runs and be able to track pace, distance, and time, of course with a few extra gadgets you can get the heart rate monitor and keep yourself in the target zone for fitness.

I have had 4 of these watches. I bought my original from Nike and after 6 months it had died from cracks near the USB plug. The replacement watch was DOA. The next replacement worked for a year before dying from water getting into it. Finally I bought this new watch from Best Buy. So far it has been great. Other than it's questionable reliability this watch is excellent. As long as I sync it shortly before I run it picks up the satellites within seconds and is very accurate the entire run. It is much smaller than other GPS watches I have seen, and I use it as a regular watch most of the time. The battery life is very good and will last a long time as long as you don't leave it in your bag during travel. Because the watch light is easily turned on by a tap then it will be on the entire journey. It plugs in easily to the computer and auto syncs to a very good and refined NikePlus website. I have put up with the reliability issues only because this watch is so good for running and obstacle course racing and Nike really stands behind it's product.

I use this watch for running and it connects to the satellites without issues. Battery life last a LONG time and i have no issues. The looks of this watch is also good when compared to other fugly looking GPS watches. I think for $150 you can not buy a better GPS running watch.

I have used this watch quite a bit since purchasing and the GPS seems accurate for my area. I never have much of a problem connecting to satellites either. It is pretty comfortable to wear and run in. My two complaints are that 1) the watch has to be hit in the right spot for the backlight to come on. This is actually not that big of a deal since once you learn where that area is, it is no longer an issue. 2) The watch will only upload data to the Nike+ website. I use Runkeeper so there is an extra step to upload my runs to Runkeeper. I am not a fan of the Nike+ website but for some, this may not be a complaint at all. It is possible to get the runs to the Runkeeper website, just a little more time is needed. Overall, I really like the watch and would definitely recommended it to anyway looking for a GPS watch.

This is a great watch overall if you're looking to get your basic running information. It's lightweight, tells you your pace, how far you've run, calories burned, and let's you take splits with ease. It's very easy to use but can also be frustrating. When I originally bought the watch I had no intentions of using the Nike+ sensor that comes with it since I don't wear Nike shoes. However, I use it everyday now because the watch usually takes a quarter of a mile or so to link up to the satellite for GPS. This might be due to where I live but it's kind of frustrating. Aside from the GPS issue I really haven't had any problems. It's lightweight, has amazing battery life, and gives me all the information I need for my workouts right when I need it.

When I originally purchased the watch it synched with the satellites quickly and easily uploaded to the website. As time has passed there have been days when I could not get the watch to link with the satellite and/or upload my run. Watch may be more dependable with shoe device. I can normally correct the upload issue by deleting and reinstalling the NIKE + software. However, I have yet to find a way to correct the issues I have with the watch linking with the satellite. This is not a common issue but still very aggravating when it does happen. For the price this is a decent purchase.

This is my first watch but does a great job of tracking. I use the shoe pod (buy the sleeves that they sell) to make tracking my mileage easy. But for the price very nice and doesn't look like I have a satellite on my wrist.

For the price and the features I really like this gps watch. On the watch itself you can see the distance, total time, lap time, calories, pace, etc. After you plug it in to your computer you can see your route and any speed and elevation changes that you encounter. After looking at other gps watches that were around this price I chose it because of the 8 hour battery life with the gps turned on. All the others were at around 5 hours.

I bought this for my husband because he said he wanted a new sports watch. This may have been a little more than what he was looking for, but he really likes it and wears it all the time. He even had it on in the hot tub this past weekend. He hasn't been running since I purchased it, so he hasn't been able to test the GPS against his Nike App. I will say I wasn't impressed with the material for the price. I think it could look a little better. I wish there was a heart rate monitor included.
