This is the perfect camera for a beginner. The pictures are sharp and clear and the app you can download for transferring pictures is fantastic!

I'm not 100% satisfied. If I could I'd trade it for one better no matter the price differrent

I was looking for a low cost camera for work purposes that would take the best quality pictures. Cost was a factor as I worry about dropping or breaking the camera. It takes great pictures and the built in WiFi is an added bonus. It is a little slow to take pictures if you are trying to shoot many pictures fast, really my only complain so far.

We bought this camera for our Alaska cruise. It is very small with a small display. I had trouble trying to get photos of the porpoise from the deck. Since I could not see them in the screen fast enough. It would have been nice to have a view finder. The part that I liked about the camera was that it fit in your pocket. It is very light also. Though I do not think I would buy this camera or recommend someone to buy it.

Got this for Christmas, this is just what I wanted. It takes great pictures and is easy to use.

So far so good..WIFI is great..slight difficulty getting it setup, but once its up..lots of fun..Overall quality i give this camera a very good rating. Nice and lite, easy to handle and the functions are simple to navigate.

Camera takes GREAT pictures and worth the money! This will do much more than just take pictures. It has easy instructions and easy to use.

The camera is small, light weight and fits easily into a shirt or jacket pocket or small purse. I needed a camera that takes close up pictures for eBay and the macro mode is perfect for this. My lighting is LED 6000K bulbs and I do use Photoshop to brighten the picture but this is usually minimal. Turn on the anti vibration, it works perfectly. Detail is great even when making the picture at lower pixel size after cropping. The USB cable included keeps from having to buy a suitable cable for downloading. Battery capability is superb as I have taken over 100 full pixel pictures and the indicator has barely moved. The resolution when downloaded on the camera appears blurry do to the low resolution of the small image so download before looking at the picture on your computer. Menus are easy to use, especially turning flash or macro mode to different settings. Auto focus is intuitive. I have tried several cheaper brands and they are no comparison to this camera.

Love this small easy to use camera. I can keep it in my pocket when not using. Best of all the picture are fantastic!

This little camera takes great pictures for it's size. It's easy to carry in your pocket or purse. It's easy to operate and the images are easily transferred to your computer for viewing full size. It makes a great vacation camera, too. Small and compact, easy to carry along wherever you go!

This is my second CoolPix, and I really like both Nikon and CoolPix. I only have one gripe. There is no fill-in flash, and there is no real way to make it flash if it doesn't want to. You can turn automatic flash off, but that won't necessarily make it flash. The camera will still decide whether or not to flash. Other digital cameras I've tried have this same problem, though, even the more expensive ones. Otherwise, the pictures are great!

I purchased the camera for a trip with grandkids to Epcot. I found the camera to be easy to use for outdoor shots. Indoor shots came out a little dark but that could be due to my inexperience.

My wife and I got this for our honeymoon. It's a great simple to use little camera. It doesn't do well in low light situations but it worked great for us at the beach.
