    Dropped off my new laptop to have network adapter repaired. Picked up several days later and it was working great. Six days later my laptop abruptly says there is no network adapter installed. Store doesn't take phone calls.

    The new system is easy to use. Great for work. The staff was helpful in putting my equipment together. They returned to my home when i had issues. I received 2 follow up calls as well. Thank you Best Buy and Geek squad.

    I had an outstanding agent work on my computer. Once I got through the first person that got me connected, which was a bit of a pain, Agent Victor went to work. My computer has been running great since.

    I have used the geek squad before and they always fix my computer problems. They are well trained and very customer friendly. I would recommend the geek squad to anyone that desires to improve the performance of their computer.

    whatever the geek squad did not last. My computer went right back to being very slow and constantly alerting for upgrades'
