    I ended up having to take my computer into the Geek Squad. The remote people didn't find a virus but the people on site found 7.

    Had access to my laptop for 4 hours, Was not notified when completed, Cannot tell any difference in it's operation. Still being charged and have yet to receive any info as to what was found and or what was corrected. Hard to communicate!

    This was purchased for my wifes birthday to clean up her pc. If there was an experation date on the offer, best buy and my self were unable to find it. Why didn't the GEEK honor their offer. Why didn't best buy honor the geeks offer?
