First time buying a case from this brand. It does not disappoint, it fit perfectly on my new galaxy and I even dropped it a couple times by accident and no damage to the phone or even on the case maybe a minor indent on the case but hardly noticeable. It probably saved me hundreds of dollars if I did not have that case.

Works great and keeps protected already dropped and kept protected

This S21 case fits perfect/snug- all controls/buttons perfectly aligned and its not bulky.

Overall good fit, except for the right corner where the volume buttons are located, the rubber protective part of the case has warped/stretched out a bit, so now you can see right through the side of the phone to the back of the case and doesn't protect the screen as much. Gets dust and dirt behind the phone from this open part. Wanted to get an exchange, but with warranty, I have to pay for shipping. Wouldn't this be more of a manufacturers defect?

This product is junk and so is the Otterbox warranty cost to replace. The rubber started separating on both the original purchase and the replacement warranty. So, after paying original price and this happening, I paid for shipping/processing with Otterbox for a replacement. Then, after 6 months, the same thing started to happen to my replacement. I called Otterbox again and they wanted me to pay again for Shipping/Processing. Myself and family have always used Otterbox but I will be exploring other options.

Purchased for an S21 Ultra. Case doesn't not fit properly. Extremely loose in the upper right side near the buttons

Case looks nice, sleek, and not bulky. But the right side were the buttons are is sagging almost like the sturdiness of the case is week or its missing rigidity.

Tried both this and the defender cases.. Both offer great protection. Defender case is softer casing surrounding plastic. Commuter is plastic sleeve type cover over rubber style bladder. This, the commuter is much thinner and smaller feeling in hand. It is somewhat slippery but shouldn't be too hard to get used to. I ended up keeping this one over the Defender but neither cover the screen though. I sampled 5 cases these two are far superior cases to date than any of the other ones I sampled.

Very sturdy and durable. Bottom flap for USB C port is unnecessary sini sliced it off. Plastic is extremely slippery but there are rubber side for grip. Just not as much as I would like. Good case for the price. Protection is better than most, as I've dropped the phone 3 times with the case and no damage was done.

It has kept my phone safe for over 2 years but it has this weird gap at the top on th right hand side. But it still has a great fit on the phone.

Being a die-hard Otterbox customer for years, my typical go-to is the Defender. However, when I first got my S21 Ultra I purchased an Incipio case, since the Otterbox case on my S20 Ultra made it crazy difficult to handle. The case was fine but the material seemed difficult to keep clean and ultimately left me questioning it's durability in the long-run...so I ran back to Otterbox and figured their Commuter line might be a good compromise. It turned out being the perfect compromise! I love this case - it fits on the phone almost like it's part of the phone. There's no bulk but plenty of security and protection and just the right amount of grip so it fits easily enough in your pocket or hand but gives you grab. Supposedly antimicrobial technology is integrated into the case, I'm not sure how legit that is, regardless it's easy to keep clean and feels clean. It doesn't seem to disturb my screen protector and offers a bit of raised beveled protection around the camera.

Added good protection to my galaxy S 21 ultra. But at the same time was a little slippery in the hand, but overall a great case.

If you like Android and features in you phone this phone is great. It's named Ultra for a reason. Fast and fluid at everything. Exceptional camera taking beautiful photos! I purchases the black mate phone which is very nice if you don't use a case, but at this price I had to put it in a case. Of course I purchases the Otterbox commuter care, no clip, but all the protection. I feel my phone is much safer with this case

Had this same case for my S9+ that I upgraded from and this one is just as good. I got out of my truck with and after my phone went flying from lap about 6 feet out and slid across the pavement and absolutely nothing happened to phone, even the case itself is barely scratched. Absolutely love this case!

I bought this for my friend because she has a android, and she loves this case. It protects her phone. And it’s not too bulky.

This product is very protective while providing a more sleek design to accent the beautiful features of this phone. The sleek black camera on the s21 ultra is accentuated by the color of this case. The only down fall is the case was a little to slippery for me with the work that I do so I did return this. If you are looking for a case that is protective but the easy of in and out of pockets over the Defender series then this case is for you.
