I know iPhone users who do not have an Otterbox around their phone. Most of these users have broken screens or have had to replace their phone because of damage that an Otterbox may have prevented. When I got my first iPhone, a friend recommended that I get the Otterbox. When I saw the price; I almost declined to purchase one; however, I wanted to protect my investment. It did. When I upgraded; my phone was in prestine condition - as if it was brand new. I purchased another Otterbox for the new phone; as well.

Great product to protect a cell phone! It is very durable and protects my new phone well.

I have only had this a short time, but it seems to offer the level of protection I desired. The included screen protector was one of the features which sold me on this project.

This is my 2nd one, it saved my phone many times. When I removed the old my phone looked like new. great belt clip as well.

The case is a little bulky but provides excellent protection. It fits my iPhone 4s perfectly except that the hole for the earphone connection is off, so you have put pull up the little tab to plug earphones in (very minor inconvenience). Durability is good but could be better - I broke the plastic holster rather quickly, but found a cheap aftermarket replacement worked fine. After two years, the silicon case was quite ratty and I had to replace the entire case when the plastic clips that hold the side together broke (the case would still stay together, but wouldn't lock into the holster). Admittedly, I'm quite rough on my phone.

Works great but doesn't fit completely perfectly around the top left corner. And not bc of my phone. The actual rubber piece doesn't fit perfectly around their plastic piece. Oh well

We now have 4 Iphones on our family plan and I've bought 4 of these cases to protect them, they will save you from great heartache of cracked screen if you don't get some kind of protection for the very fragile iPhone, if you drop one without it being in some kind of protective case you can forget it, the iphone no matter how popular is very fragile and will break just like an egg from a very small drop out of your pocket and onto the floor, you better have it in a protector.

I'm an outdoorsman who likes to hunt and fish. I also work in the landscaping field. I needed a case that would be protective and durable. This is the case! I wear my phone on my belt when I work and this case is amazing. It protects against dust, dirt, sweat, rain, and dropping. It's awesome. I almost didn't get the iphone because I thought it wouldn't withstand my lifestyle. With this case, I am so glad I did. The nice people at best buy even put it on my phone for me. It works awesome

Thjs is my second Otterbox. First one lasted about 2.5 years. Both the same type. Great protection for your phone.

I've had both the Life Proof case and now this case for my iphone 4 and it is larger and probably isn't as tough as the LP but for the money its a good all around case.

I've had several otter box and lifeproof cases and prefer the smaller profile and waterproof feature of the lifeproof case but for $60 less this one serves the purpose.

The protection cover works perfectly! I have dropped this phone many times & nothing had happened to my phone.

These cases work great. They have saved my phone many times when I have dropped them. I would never go without one.

I have purchased Otterbox Defender cases for several phones over the years. After about a year of use the outer skin gets loose/stretched and tears. I just purchased a new case and the outer skin seems to be made of a different material. Hopefully this change will make it last longer. Regardless, the cases have done an excellent job of protecting my phones against scratches and damage from dropping. I would not use my phone without this case.

Gave this as a gift...she seemed to really like it. They colors are great and its a very sturdy case.

Great product. Protects iPhone great. If it breaks call otterbox and they will replace it for free.
