Purchased for my 12-year-old's phone...no more, "My phone died and I couldn't call you."

Excellent - gives me the protection and extra battery that I need - all in one pretty package.

I got it for my mom and she loves it and never has a dead phone. But she has a hard time taking the case off of the phone

I got this on clearance so I can't really complain, but while it does seem to protect the phone, the extra battery doesn't really charge the phone, in fact, if I try to use the quick charge, it actually drains my battery.

I had previously had a Mophie charger case that Lasted a whole 2 months. After dropping just a couple of times it shook the inside charging piece loose and stopped working. So I was skeptical of how much protection the Otterbox would have to offer. I am pleasantly surprised at how great it has handled many drops and is still functioning perfectly after several months. Highly recommend this charging case!

My Mophie would not hold its charge and I had it just over the year mark. The OtterBox seems to be working much better. Also have to say thank you to Best Buy because the price dropped $30 and I was just past the time to get the discount however after asking at customer service if they would honor the price difference they did without hesitation. Very happy with my purchase and customer service!

Protects phone well. Nice to have extra battery life. The headphone jack extender is not the most convenient.

This otterbox protects my iPhone plus I can charge it from the case which I love.

My wife really loves her phone from researching to facebooking shes always got it in her hand. That is,,, when shes got power! it drives her insane to run out of juice. Thats why the battery back up case is so cool. its also very stylish, it fits in her cell phone pouch in her purse. other back ups had a lump on one end making it impossible to fit into any holder or pouch.

The case works well and has the functionality of an Otter Box so I fell that may phone is protected. The odd thing is that the case comes with a non-iPhone charger so I had to switch all of my chargers out to use the case. I had an Ivy Skin chargeable case, but the case itself was kind of cheaply made, didn't protect as well and the adapter where you plug in the phone didn't work well and came loose after a few weeks. So the Otter Box was definitely an improvement.

I got this phone case not knowing if I would really like it, or even use it. And then I went on a trip to DC, and I realized HOW LUCKY I was to have this phone case along that helps keep my phone charged beyond the life of my phone battery! I am very happy I purchased this case, and I will look for another one when I upgrade my phone in the future! I give it 2 thumbs up!

Awesome case. The protection of the case is great and the extra charging of my phone when I need it is wonderful

I was going to buy one of the bulkier cases. Compared to a regular Otterbox, this was much slimmer, more stylish, and very easy to put into a pocket. It feels very secure in the case and is comfortable to hold in your hand. It isn't very heavy considering it gives you two days of battery back up. A zagg glass protective front cover fits without any trouble at all.

This case doesn't charge well with the phone. It sometimes says that it isn't compatible with the phone. I have two and they both came with two different charging cords and one doesn't work. The button cracked within the first week of use. It rattles like something is broke inside. And often makes loud noises when you use the case to charge. Often over heats the phone. And the jack that come with it does not work with the headphone when talking on the phone.

Is a good case, is just to complicated to put it in the phone, but it does protect the phone from falls!!

Very convenient when you're always on the go. The extra battery charges your phone in minutes.

The case works pretty good, but when charging does become warm. Plus the charger is a micro usb cord and not a lightening cable so you can't use your normal Apple charger

I use this when biking as the gps and music drain the battery within a couple of hours

Good case with extra charger. I like the color and that it isn't too bulky.

I have used an extra battery pack for around two years now, as a lot of my work is done over the phone. Tried to use this one for protection as well as battery life as my last cover did not protect well. This one protected my phone, but the charging was terrible. Had to return it. Otterbox would "over heat" it seemed and stop charging. Would have to wait a few minutes to restart it. Then repeat over and over. Not a fan.
