This is the second outdoor cam plus battery. They are clear photos and pick up any movement upon any move. This camera I am using in the backyard to check any animal movement. Again it is working great

easy setup, 2K video quality on some models, and 2-way audio, but are criticized for requiring a subscription for full functionality, limited fields of view on standard models, and potential performance issues like poor low-light video or motion detection gaps

After having another brand starting with the letter A for a few years it was time to upgrade. We first tried the newer A model, but found it did not capture motion unless it was literally in our driveway. Decided to try Ring and it works much better. It captures motion much better and the video is very clear day and night. The only downside versus Brand A is that it does not have smart notifications to the same level (animal, package), and just records person, vehicle or “motion”.

Great camera, easy to install. I feel that the backyard is a lot more protected now. Best buy delivery the best ever, they show up according to the scheduled times and gave you notice at every step. Fantastic

There are cameras with better image/resolution out there but for the price and ease of use, I am satisfied. I have other Ring stick up cams and spotlight cams so I do not wish to replace them all with a different product. This one does have better imaging than my 1st generation cams. I feel the motion detection also performs better on this one. Overall pleased with the durability of all my Ring products. Several years without issues

I have had a couple different Ring Camera models, but this is the first battery model I have used. I am happy with the easy installation and camera quality.

Very reasonable priced. Excellent HD wide angle view & night vision clarity better than expected. Microphone & speakers work as advertised. Strong WiFi signal is crucial. Connection to iPhone app was seamless. Battery life so far seems very good. Camera is indeed mounted outdoors in an area with little to no shade, so will see if it lives up to the “outdoor” billing.

Love these cameras! I purchased this camera for my 78 year old mom for when she arrives/leaves home. I can check on her in case she falls going to/from the car to/from the house. She lives in the country so she doesn’t have neighbors nearby. This way I can talk to her until help arrives. Very reliable cameras and easy to setup and use. Ring cameras are great products and very reliable!

The Ring Outdoor Cam Plus is a significant upgrade over many older Ring models, particularly thanks to its 2K video and better low-light performance. • It’s very flexible: battery, plug-in, or solar power gives you a lot of installation options depending on your setup. • Best suited for users who are okay paying for Ring Protect, because many of the “smart” features rely on cloud storage and AI. • If you have moderate motion traffic (not constant) and want good image quality + smart alerts, it’s a very solid pick.

I love my ring cameras. They were easy to install and downloading the app and getting connected was easy. The camera quality is great and I’m very happy with my purchase. A family member saw how nice my cameras were and purchased one for her home.

It was a great experience working with a Best Buy professional who understood our purpose for purchasing outdoor video cameras. We purchased 2 to be placed outside our front door and patio door.
