Bought this TV really cheaply. Great TV for the price and has great color contrast and picture quality. However the TV's built in speakers are horrible. I did not have that big of a problem with them because i listen through a surround system anyway, but if you will be relying on TV's own speakers this might not be the TV for you. Overall though this TV is great bang for buck considering that most LED TV's cost more than this and this one has 3D and wifi.

We've had this TV for about two weeks now and have loved it so far. It was easy to set up and we like it a lot more than the Samsung it replaced. Hooked it up quickly and got the TIVO and video games running in no time! Our only complaint is that the sound is very quiet for a TV this size. We hooked it up to an external speaker to give it a little more oomph. I read elsewhere that the box had been damaged on delivery, but ours came from BestBuy with no damage (despite the thin box Panasonic provides). The only complaint with delivery was that we had to call the delivery company to schedule the delivery after I noticed that we hadn't been contacted by them. I'm pretty sure they're supposed to call when it arrived.

This is a great smart tv, the internet content is good, one great feature is it has a web browser, the picture is great not to mention, the 3d, and with the passive 3d glasses included you can't go wrong.

Let's start with the bad and just plain ugly: Bad - Sound! Well, at least for me. My Yamaha receiver does not have HDMI inputs. There are no "audio out" components on this TV. As such, I am destined to hear the TV signal through the generic speakers. UGLY - Why Panasonic would go through the trouble of having a great TV with great internet connectivity (browser built in, youtube, VuDu (something Samsung did not have at this time), Amazon, Netflix, Hulu Plus, Skype, and a lot more) AND TOTALLY FAIL WITH THE USER INTERFACE. The remote is a basic remote that does not allow one to quickly search for movies or browse comfortably. It was a mistake to offer a "SMART TV" without a good user remote control device with a qwerty keyboard. now that I vented, the good: 1. Very easy hook up to wifi or Ethernet (both are built in). 2. Great picture! Tones are natural and colors are vibrant. 3. 3D (not my thing, but I tested it) is really, really good. It makes you go Whoa! 4. Great size screen for a 20X10 room, does not dominate. 5. Great ports (2 usb, 3 hdmi, and component video through the use of an adapter). Now that I got past that, here are my work arounds for the "ugly" 1. VIera has a great app that works with the ET5 series. It allows you to use your iphone/ipad/android device as a remote! Additionally, it allows you to use your device for keyboard entry. The guys at best buy are usually very helpful, but they did not tell me this. 2. You can use SOME wireless keyboard devises (USB) to control the TV. My best suggestion is find a micro keyboard that also "learns" remotes to limit the number of remotes you have to manage. Once again, I was disappointed that the Best Buy sales guys did not know of this simple work around to the lack of a qwerty remote. Last but not least, I found this for less than one thousand, brand new! overall, I am going to give this a five star, only because there are after market devices to overcome the very weak remote. The lack of a compatible, working keyboard-mouse pad combo makes the SMART part of the unit NOT so Smart. The TV has been exchanged for a Samsung that offers a Samsung keyboard-mouse pad combo. Now we can enjoy the SMART part of aTV.

This is a very good tv with great features.. however need external componets such as camera and sound system to improve the full functions of the tv.

Bought this TV on sale from Best Buy and so glad that I did. This was my first experience with 3d and I was simply WOW'd. Can't believe what I've been missing. This is my second Panasonic TV and I admit that I like Panasonic products. I also bought a Panasonic home theater system to go with this and I'm truly enjoying it! Grown up with a new toy - pure heaven! Great TV!!!
